【摘要】：隨著微信科技不斷的深入到大眾生活的各個層面,微信科學技術的社會功能作用也逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來,我們有必要對其正面作用和負面影響進行剖析,趨利避害,更好的發(fā)揮微信技術在生活應用中的重要作用,減少微信技術給社會帶來的一些負面影響。 微信作為現(xiàn)代社會的一項新科技,受到人們極大的關注,已經完全滲透到了我們生活的各個領域之中。微信科學技術的快速發(fā)展,一方面對社會的發(fā)展起到了積極推動作用,另一方面微信科學技術也給社會帶來了一系列負面影響,這使得我們不僅要對微信科學技術本身加以完善,還需對微信科學技術的社會功能加以深入探討,這對于更好地發(fā)揮微信科學技術的積極作用,抑制其消極作用的產生有著重要的理論和現(xiàn)實意義。 本文主要分為四個部分。 第一部分為引言,主要介紹微信技術的緣起、產生、發(fā)展趨勢及研究現(xiàn)狀。 微信是網絡信息技術發(fā)展中一項更為快速、便捷的網絡通訊技術,是現(xiàn)在普通大眾熱捧的一種新型應用技術。微信在未來的社交擴大化、商業(yè)運作化、平臺綜合化將有廣闊的應用前景。 第二部分為微信的社會功能分析。 微信科學技術在人類的社會生活中有著重要的功能,影響著不同行業(yè)和群體及個體的生活方式。微信科學技術改變著人們的社會生活方式以及人們的價值觀、思維方式、行為方式等。這部分從微信的大眾交流功能、文化娛樂功能、商業(yè)營銷功能及政務管理功能等四個方面進行了系統(tǒng)的闡述。 第三部分為微信技術在應用的過程中存在的問題。 微信科學技術給社會造成負面影響的一個主要原因就是科技的飛速發(fā)展,而微信科技管理機制和科技倫理教育體系的建立卻發(fā)展緩慢。微信應用產生的負面效應波及到許多方面,本部分從交際危機、倫理危機、營銷危機以及政務危機四個層面進行闡述微信在應用過程中存在的問題。 第四部分提出了微信負面問題的防范對策 微信科學技術的負面問題是科學技術的社會應用造成的,其問題的防范和化解也必須依靠政府、社會力量以及應用者個人素質的提高。首先,從政府的角度,應該完善社會政治制度,限制不合理的使用方式,微信的負面問題的解決要依賴社會規(guī)范和法律制度。其次,公眾要提高防范意識,自覺辨別信息真?zhèn)�。最�?科技工作者不僅要擁有廣博的科學文化知識,還要具有高尚的道德修養(yǎng)和嚴謹?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度。
[Abstract]:With the continuous deepening of WeChat technology to the various levels of public life, the social function of WeChat science and technology has gradually emerged. It is necessary for us to analyze its positive and negative effects in order to seek advantages and avoid disadvantages. Better play the role of WeChat technology in the application of life, reduce some negative effects of WeChat technology on society. WeChat, as a new technology in modern society, has been greatly concerned by people, and has completely penetrated into all fields of our life. The rapid development of WeChat science and technology. On the one hand, it has played a positive role in the development of society, on the other hand, WeChat science and technology has also brought a series of negative effects to the society, which makes us not only to improve the WeChat science and technology itself. It is also necessary to probe into the social function of WeChat science and technology, which has important theoretical and practical significance for better exerting the positive role of WeChat science and technology and restraining its negative effect. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the origin, origin, development trend and research status of WeChat technology. WeChat is a more rapid and convenient network communication technology in the development of network information technology. WeChat is a new application technology that is popular among the general public. The platform integration will have a broad application prospect. The second part is the social function analysis of WeChat. WeChat science and technology has an important function in human social life, which affects the life style of different industries, groups and individuals. WeChat science and technology has changed people's social life style and people's values. This part has carried on the systematic elaboration from the WeChat's mass communication function, the cultural entertainment function, the commercial marketing function and the government affairs management function. The third part is the problems existing in the application of WeChat technology. One of the main reasons for the negative impact of WeChat science and technology on society is the rapid development of science and technology. However, the establishment of WeChat science and technology management mechanism and science and technology ethics education system is slow. The negative effects of WeChat application affect many aspects, this part from the communication crisis, the ethical crisis. Marketing crisis and government crisis four levels of WeChat in the application of the problems. Part 4th puts forward the countermeasures to prevent the negative problems of WeChat The negative problems of WeChat science and technology are caused by the social application of science and technology. The prevention and solution of the problems must also depend on the improvement of the government, social forces and the personal qualities of the applicators. First, from the perspective of the government. We should perfect the social and political system, limit the unreasonable use way, the solution of the negative problem of WeChat should rely on the social norms and legal system. Secondly, the public should improve the awareness of prevention, consciously identify the authenticity of information. Finally. Science and technology workers should not only have extensive scientific and cultural knowledge, but also have noble moral cultivation and rigorous work attitude.
