【摘要】：2014年以來商業(yè)銀行優(yōu)先股集中發(fā)行。商業(yè)銀行優(yōu)先股在收益性、安全性、投資期限上具有特定優(yōu)勢(shì),屬于現(xiàn)金回報(bào)相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的長(zhǎng)期限投資品種,較適合低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)偏好的年金、保險(xiǎn)等長(zhǎng)期機(jī)構(gòu)投資者的配置需求。我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期機(jī)構(gòu)投資者應(yīng)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)優(yōu)先股品種的研究和關(guān)注,更好地發(fā)揮長(zhǎng)期資金優(yōu)勢(shì),支持實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)和多元化資本市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 2014, commercial banks have focused on the issuance of preferred shares. Commercial bank preferred stock has special advantages in income, security, investment term, and belongs to the long-term investment variety with relatively stable cash return, which is more suitable for the allocation needs of long-term institutional investors such as pension, insurance and other low-risk preference. China's long-term institutional investors should further strengthen the research and attention to the varieties of preferred stock, give full play to the advantages of long-term capital, and support the development of real economy and diversified capital market.
