【摘要】：隨著我國房屋價格的不斷增長,很多地區(qū)人口都在面對"買房難"的問題。住房公積金是一類能夠幫助職工購買房屋,并為貸款創(chuàng)造便利條件的一種福利制度,其在我國實踐已經(jīng)有了十數(shù)年的時間,得到了廣大職工的認可。但目前我國住房公積金制度仍存在較大的問題,影響其惠民范圍。本文即是對住房公積金管理中存在的問題和對策進行研究,從保障范圍、發(fā)展情況、管理制度、法規(guī)保障以及貸款手續(xù)等方面探討了該制度目前的問題,并提出了解決對策,以期能為相關工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing of housing prices in China, people in many areas are facing the problem of "difficult to buy a house". Housing accumulation fund is a kind of welfare system which can help workers to buy houses and create convenient conditions for loans. It has been practiced in our country for more than ten years and has been recognized by the vast number of workers. But at present our country housing accumulation fund system still has the bigger question, affects its benefit scope. This paper studies the problems and countermeasures in the management of housing accumulation fund, discusses the current problems of the system from the aspects of security scope, development situation, management system, legal guarantee and loan procedures, and puts forward some countermeasures. In order to provide reference for the relevant work.
