【摘要】：城市用地與城市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)系，宏觀層面上，主要反映在城市用地與城市GDP之間的關(guān)系上，中觀層面上，主要通過(guò)城市用地與城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系來(lái)反映。城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整必然會(huì)引起土地利用結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和城市土地利用方式的改變，通過(guò)研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與城市土地利用集約化程度之間的關(guān)系，可以揭示不同類型、不同規(guī)模、不同區(qū)域、不同時(shí)期城市用地對(duì)城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響或城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整對(duì)城市用地的影響，為區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定提供參考，對(duì)促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)協(xié)調(diào)、穩(wěn)定、快速發(fā)展具有積極的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以武漢市為例，運(yùn)用理論分析與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法，引入產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化的概念，在此基礎(chǔ)上來(lái)研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化與城市土地集約利用程度之間的關(guān)系。首先對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化與土地集約利用的涵義進(jìn)行闡述；然后從理論層面分析產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化與城市土地集約利用的關(guān)系；再次，在理論研究基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合武漢市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)狀況和土地利用狀況，，基于1991-2010年間的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)，測(cè)算出評(píng)價(jià)期內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)層次系數(shù)和土地集約利用程度，借助VAR模型，通過(guò)脈沖響應(yīng)和方差分解來(lái)實(shí)證分析二者之間的響應(yīng)路徑和程度。研究結(jié)果表明武漢市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化與城市土地集約利用程度之間存在較強(qiáng)的正向交互響應(yīng)作用，且其長(zhǎng)期的響應(yīng)作用程度更顯著、更穩(wěn)定，但產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化對(duì)來(lái)自城市土地集約利用的沖擊響應(yīng)更強(qiáng)烈，而城市土地集約利用對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化的沖擊響應(yīng)較弱，并且二者均顯著地受到自身波動(dòng)的影響；最后，根據(jù)理論和實(shí)證分析結(jié)果，結(jié)合武漢市的實(shí)際情況，提出促進(jìn)武漢市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和土地集約利用協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The relationship between urban land use and urban economic development is mainly reflected in the relationship between urban land use and urban GDP at the macro level and in meso level through the relationship between urban land use and urban industrial structure. The adjustment of the urban industrial structure will inevitably lead to the adjustment of the land use structure and the change of the urban land use mode. By studying the relationship between the industrial structure and the intensive degree of urban land use, we can reveal different types and different scales. The influence of urban land use on urban industrial structure in different regions and different periods, or the influence of urban industrial structure adjustment on urban land use, provides a reference for the formulation of regional development strategy and promotes regional economic coordination and stability. Rapid development has positive practical significance. Taking Wuhan as an example, this paper introduces the concept of advanced industrial structure by combining theoretical analysis with empirical analysis, and then studies the relationship between industrial structure upgrading and the degree of intensive use of urban land. First of all, the meaning of industrial structure upgrading and land intensive utilization is expounded; then the relationship between industrial structure upgrading and urban land intensive utilization is analyzed from the theoretical level; thirdly, on the basis of theoretical research, Combined with the industrial structure and land use in Wuhan, based on the relevant data from 1991 to 2010, the hierarchical coefficient of industrial structure and the degree of intensive land use in the evaluation period were calculated, and the VAR model was used. Impulse response and variance decomposition are used to empirically analyze the response path and degree between them. The results show that there is a strong positive interactive response between the industrial structure of Wuhan and the intensive use of urban land, and its long-term response is more significant and stable. However, the higher industrial structure has a stronger response to the impact from the intensive use of urban land, while the impact of intensive use of urban land on the industrial structure is weak, and both of them are significantly affected by their own fluctuations. According to the results of theoretical and empirical analysis, combined with the actual situation of Wuhan City, the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the coordinated development of industrial structure and intensive land use in Wuhan City are put forward.
