【摘要】：信托業(yè)是金融業(yè)四大支柱之一,鑒于國家所賦予其的重要地位和功能,未來信托業(yè)在服務(wù)實體經(jīng)濟(jì)中將發(fā)揮重要作用。風(fēng)險管理是信托業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的核心問題,提高風(fēng)險管理能力對于國內(nèi)信托公司至關(guān)重要。 本文以ZT信托全面風(fēng)險管理實踐入手,通過對金融風(fēng)險管理理論體系的梳理,應(yīng)用理論和實證分析的方法,探討ZT信托全面風(fēng)險管理體系的構(gòu)建與優(yōu)化。全文共分五章內(nèi)容,第一章為導(dǎo)論,主要介紹了本文的選題背景和研究意義,相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)研究綜述,本文的主要內(nèi)容及研究方法,本文的創(chuàng)新點。第二章是分析信托公司全面風(fēng)險管理理論框架體系。第三章為以ZT信托管理實踐為基礎(chǔ),探討ZT信托全面風(fēng)險管理體系構(gòu)建。第四章為ZT信托風(fēng)險管理體系存在的問題和優(yōu)化措施探討。第五章為總結(jié),歸納了本文的主要結(jié)論。 通過本文研究,認(rèn)為ZT信托要從戰(zhàn)略層面,進(jìn)一步提升對風(fēng)險管理體系建設(shè)的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計；在微觀管理層面,針對ZT信托業(yè)務(wù)模式和產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新特性,短期內(nèi)在缺少定量模型和批量化處理的條件下,需要提升公司的風(fēng)險決策能力,構(gòu)建完善的風(fēng)險決策系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)風(fēng)險的前端控制；長期來看,逐步參照《新巴塞爾協(xié)議》三大支柱,進(jìn)一步完善風(fēng)險管理戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險管理計量技術(shù),深化風(fēng)險管理文化理念,以增強(qiáng)風(fēng)險管理體系的有效性、科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:Trust industry is one of the four pillars of the financial industry. In view of the important position and function given by the state, the trust industry will play an important role in serving the real economy in the future.Risk management is the core problem of trust business development. It is very important to improve risk management ability for domestic trust companies.This paper starts with the comprehensive risk management practice of ZT trust and discusses the construction and optimization of the comprehensive risk management system of ZT trust by combing the theoretical system of financial risk management and applying the method of theoretical and empirical analysis.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of this paper, the related literature review, the main content and research methods of this paper, and the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is the analysis of the trust company comprehensive risk management theoretical framework system.The third chapter discusses the construction of the comprehensive risk management system of ZT trust based on the ZT trust management practice.Chapter four discusses the problems and optimization measures of ZT trust risk management system.Chapter five summarizes the main conclusions of this paper.Through the research of this paper, it is considered that ZT trust should further improve the planning and design of risk management system construction from the strategic level, and at the micro management level, aiming at the innovative characteristics of ZT trust business model and products,In the short term, under the condition of lack of quantitative model and batch processing, it is necessary to improve the risk decision ability of the company, construct a perfect risk decision making system, and realize the front-end control of risk; in the long run,According to the three pillars of New Basel Accord, we should further improve the strategic planning of risk management, strengthen the measurement technology of risk management and deepen the concept of risk management culture so as to enhance the effectiveness and scientific nature of the risk management system.
