【摘要】：摘要：科技型中小企業(yè)是推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的重要力量之一。創(chuàng)業(yè)投資是科技型中小企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要融資渠道。但由于我國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)投資起步較晚,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資機(jī)構(gòu)的項(xiàng)目投資評(píng)估體系不完善,造成項(xiàng)目投資回報(bào)不佳,影響了創(chuàng)業(yè)投資行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。因此需要一套切實(shí)可行的創(chuàng)業(yè)投資價(jià)值分析方法來(lái)指導(dǎo)其投資行為。本論文期望通過(guò)具體的如意醫(yī)療創(chuàng)業(yè)投資案例分析,來(lái)探討創(chuàng)業(yè)投資價(jià)值分析理論在實(shí)際操作中的應(yīng)用。 本文在分析創(chuàng)業(yè)投資相關(guān)的理論基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)討論了創(chuàng)業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目分析中的項(xiàng)目評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)選取、項(xiàng)目未來(lái)價(jià)值估值和項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制三個(gè)方面；結(jié)合如意醫(yī)療器械創(chuàng)業(yè)投資項(xiàng)目的實(shí)踐,對(duì)項(xiàng)目面對(duì)的宏觀環(huán)境、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況、產(chǎn)品商業(yè)邏輯、企業(yè)管理情況和運(yùn)營(yíng)財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)等內(nèi)容加以分析；最后根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對(duì)如意醫(yī)療項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行評(píng)估,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的投資可行性、項(xiàng)目的投資估值做出判斷,再給出項(xiàng)目的投資方案設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)投資收益進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)。
[Abstract]:Abstract: science and technology SMEs are one of the most important forces to promote the adjustment of economic structure. Venture capital is an important financing channel for the development of science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises. However, because of the late start of venture capital in China, The project investment evaluation system of venture capital institutions is not perfect, resulting in a poor return on project investment. It has affected the healthy development of venture capital industry. Therefore, a set of practical venture capital value analysis method is needed to guide its investment behavior. To explore the application of venture capital value analysis theory in practical operation. On the basis of analyzing the theory of venture capital, this paper mainly discusses the selection of project evaluation index, the valuation of project future value and the control of project risk in the analysis of venture capital project. Combined with the practice of Ruyi Medical device Venture Investment Project, this paper analyzes the macro environment, market competition, product business logic, enterprise management and operation financial data of the project. Finally, according to the analysis results, the paper evaluates the investment feasibility of the project, the investment valuation of the project, and then gives the project investment scheme design, and forecasts the investment income.
