【摘要】：從分析房產稅的出臺與擴容、住房市場板塊結構現(xiàn)狀入手,研究優(yōu)化房產稅與住房市場板塊結構。房產稅定位要以有效調控房價為目標,住房市場要以保障性住房為主,擬可加快構建全國個人住房信息聯(lián)網系統(tǒng)進而實現(xiàn)房產稅與住房市場板塊的一體化設計。
[Abstract]:Starting with the introduction and expansion of the property tax and the current situation of the housing market plate structure, this paper studies the optimization of the housing tax and housing market plate structure. It can accelerate the construction of the national personal housing information networking system and realize the integration design of housing tax and housing market.
