【摘要】：作為中華民族悠久歷史沉淀出的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)美德之一——誠(chéng)信，千百年來(lái)影響深遠(yuǎn)，誠(chéng)信是道德標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也是倫理規(guī)范，它不斷制約著人們的行為�？鬃釉唬骸叭硕鵁o(wú)信，不知其可也。”誠(chéng)信同時(shí)也是為人處事至以成功的關(guān)鍵。 誠(chéng)實(shí)守信是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)至關(guān)重要的生存法則。信托行業(yè)作為參與金融市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的重要組成部分，也必須遵守誠(chéng)實(shí)守信的市場(chǎng)法則。但是，在我國(guó)信托行業(yè)中，誠(chéng)信缺失的現(xiàn)象時(shí)有發(fā)生，不僅導(dǎo)致了我國(guó)金融市場(chǎng)秩序的混亂還影響了信托行業(yè)在整個(gè)金融市場(chǎng)中的聲譽(yù)。從經(jīng)濟(jì)倫理學(xué)的視角看，誠(chéng)信是信托公司在金融市場(chǎng)中賴(lài)以生存的基礎(chǔ)。如果連最基本的誠(chéng)信都實(shí)現(xiàn)不了，更無(wú)法談信托公司的壯大及與國(guó)外強(qiáng)大的信托公司相抗衡。因此，當(dāng)前急需提高信托公司的誠(chéng)信度。 信托公司誠(chéng)信的缺失有著復(fù)雜的成因，既有外部環(huán)境的影響，，也有信托公司自身的原因。本文通過(guò)分析信托公司誠(chéng)信缺失的現(xiàn)象和本質(zhì)，從信托公司、員工個(gè)體以及外部環(huán)境三個(gè)方面著手，依據(jù)信托公司目前的現(xiàn)狀，尋求信托公司發(fā)展的根本途徑。
[Abstract]:As one of the outstanding traditional virtues precipitated from the long history of the Chinese nation, honesty has a profound influence for thousands of years. Honesty is a moral standard and an ethical norm, and it constantly restricts people's behavior. Confucius said, "Man has no faith," I don't know how to do it. "honesty is also the key to success." Honesty and trustworthiness are the most important rules of survival in market economy. As an important part of participating in the competition of financial market, the trust industry must abide by the market law of honesty and trustworthiness. However, in the trust industry of our country, the trust industry must abide by the law of honesty and trustworthiness. The phenomenon of lack of integrity occurs from time to time, which not only leads to the disorder of financial market order in our country, but also affects the reputation of trust industry in the whole financial market. Good faith is the foundation on which a trust company can survive in the financial market. If even the most basic honesty can not be realized, it will be impossible to talk about the growth of the trust company and its competition with powerful foreign trust companies. There is an urgent need to improve the trustworthiness of the trust companies. There are complex causes for the lack of trust company's integrity, both the external environment and the trust company's own reasons. This paper analyzes the phenomenon and essence of trust company's lack of good faith, from the perspective of trust company, According to the present situation of the trust company, the author tries to find the basic way of the development of the trust company.
