【摘要】：投資不可逆性指對于某些資產(chǎn)的投資，，無法通過變賣、轉(zhuǎn)變用途等方式收回投入成本的特性。傳統(tǒng)的投資理論往往忽視了投資不可逆性對于投資決策的影響。而后在一些研究中，有不少學(xué)者研究了投資不可逆性對于企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理者進(jìn)行投資決策時的影響。而本文從外部投資者的角度，考察投資不可逆性因素對于上市企業(yè)投資價值的影響。通過分析投資不可逆性的主要成因，將投資不可逆性按其來源分為兩類，并基于公開可得的財務(wù)信息，設(shè)立相應(yīng)的度量指標(biāo)；在具體上市企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，通過回歸擬合，驗證度量指標(biāo)的合理性，并將這兩個新設(shè)立的指標(biāo)與傳統(tǒng)解釋變量一起進(jìn)行回歸，考察了投資不可逆性在鋼鐵行業(yè)、有色金屬采選業(yè)、食品飲料行業(yè)和造紙印刷行業(yè)四個具體行業(yè)中，對于上市公司投資價值的影響。最后，著重考慮由資產(chǎn)的專有性引起的投資不可逆性，在分析行業(yè)共性的基礎(chǔ)上，考察投資不可逆性對于具有某些共同特性的行業(yè)中上市公司投資價值的影響。并且在行業(yè)的不同發(fā)展階段，考察高投資不可逆性對于鋼鐵行業(yè)市場表現(xiàn)的影響。
[Abstract]:Irreversibility of investment means that investments in certain assets cannot be sold off. Traditional investment theory often ignores the influence of irreversibility on investment decision. Many scholars have studied the influence of irreversibility of investment on internal managers' investment decision. By analyzing the main causes of irreversibility of investment, the irreversibility of investment is divided into two categories according to its source, and based on publicly available financial information. Set up the corresponding measure index; On the basis of the specific listed enterprise data, through regression fitting, verify the rationality of the measurement index, and the two newly established indicators with the traditional interpretation variables for regression. The irreversibility of investment in the iron and steel industry, non-ferrous metal mining industry, food and beverage industry and paper printing industry in four specific industries, the impact on the investment value of listed companies. Finally. The irreversibility of investment caused by the exclusivity of assets is considered emphatically, and the general character of the industry is analyzed. This paper examines the influence of irreversibility on the investment value of listed companies in industries with certain common characteristics, and examines the influence of high irreversibility on the market performance of iron and steel industry at different stages of industry development.
