中國聯(lián)通移動綜合網(wǎng)管項目中網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理的研究

【摘要】:隨著中國移動通信3G時代的到來,移動通信步入移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新時代,中國移動通信用戶迅猛增加,業(yè)務(wù)量也迅速增加,各大運營商的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略也逐步向移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)轉(zhuǎn)移。3G網(wǎng)絡(luò)和業(yè)務(wù)成為各個運營商發(fā)展的重中之重。同時2G業(yè)務(wù)作為運營商的基礎(chǔ)業(yè)務(wù),運營商也在充分進行兩個網(wǎng)絡(luò)的互補互用,提升用戶使用中的性能感受。因此對于兩張網(wǎng)絡(luò)的管理和控制對運行商來說均極為重要。 2009年3G牌照的發(fā)放,使各大運營商開始了3G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的新興建設(shè)。中國聯(lián)通在建設(shè)WCDMA無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的同時,對核心網(wǎng)也加以了升級擴容改造。同時啟動了中國聯(lián)通移動綜合網(wǎng)管的建設(shè)工作。目的是在WCDMA網(wǎng)絡(luò)投入運營,業(yè)務(wù)投入使用之時,同時網(wǎng)絡(luò)可管可控。系統(tǒng)在原中國聯(lián)通GSM移動綜合網(wǎng)管基礎(chǔ)上進行建設(shè),建成后的系統(tǒng)將增加對WCDMA無線網(wǎng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行質(zhì)量監(jiān)控、性能分析、業(yè)務(wù)量分析、配置資源管理等各種功能,并完成老系統(tǒng)GSM無線數(shù)據(jù)、核心網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)的管理,為網(wǎng)絡(luò)運營維護提供全面的支撐手段。 本文通過結(jié)合項目質(zhì)量管理理論,運用質(zhì)量管理的方法對中國聯(lián)通移動綜合網(wǎng)管中大量的網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量進行質(zhì)量管理分析,結(jié)合項目數(shù)據(jù)管理特點,提出電信支撐系統(tǒng)IT項目數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理的一般方法,提升系統(tǒng)整體質(zhì)量評價,提升系統(tǒng)可用性、可靠性。 本文研究的中國聯(lián)通移動綜合網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)項目建設(shè)案例,其管理了電信網(wǎng)內(nèi)的各類型網(wǎng)元,具備電信綜合網(wǎng)管的普遍功能,具備電信綜合網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)的一般特性,以網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行數(shù)據(jù)為系統(tǒng)主要管理對象,其在網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量管理的過程中使用的策略和方法,值得同類建設(shè)項目參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of 3G era of China mobile communication, mobile communication has entered a new era of mobile Internet. The number of mobile communication users in China is increasing rapidly, and the volume of business is also increasing rapidly. The development strategy of the major operators has gradually transferred to the mobile Internet. 3G network and services have become the most important development of the operators. At the same time, 2G service as the basic business of the operators. Operators are also making full use of the two networks to enhance the performance of users in use, so the management and control of the two networks is extremely important to the operator. In 2009, with the issuance of 3G license, the major operators began to build the 3G wireless network. China Unicom is building the WCDMA wireless network at the same time. The core network has also been upgraded and expanded. At the same time, the construction of China Unicom Mobile Integrated Network Management has been started. The purpose is to put the WCDMA network into operation and use the business. At the same time, the network can be managed and controllable. The system is built on the basis of the former China Unicom GSM mobile integrated network management. After the completion of the system, the quality monitoring and performance analysis of the WCDMA wireless network will be increased. Traffic analysis, configuration resource management and other functions, and the completion of the old system GSM wireless data, core network data management, for network operation and maintenance to provide a comprehensive support means. By combining the theory of project quality management and the method of quality management, this paper analyzes the quality management of a large number of network operation data in China Unicom Mobile Integrated Network Management, and combines the characteristics of project data management. The general method of IT project data quality management in telecom support system is put forward to improve the overall quality evaluation of the system and the availability and reliability of the system. In this paper, China Unicom Mobile Integrated Network Management system project construction case, which manages the various types of network elements in the telecommunications network, has the general functions of the telecommunications integrated network management system, with the general characteristics of the telecommunications integrated network management system. Taking the network running data as the main management object of the system, the strategies and methods used in the process of network operation data quality management are worthy of reference and reference for similar construction projects.
