M公司LED射燈新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中的質(zhì)量管理優(yōu)化

【摘要】:近年來環(huán)境問題日趨嚴(yán)峻,節(jié)能減排已成為國家大力推崇的活動。LED作為一種綠色照明光源,以其更耐久、更明亮、更節(jié)能、更環(huán)保的優(yōu)勢,產(chǎn)品的市場占有率在逐步擴大。隨著傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級轉(zhuǎn)型的大勢所趨,眾多傳統(tǒng)照明企業(yè)紛紛轉(zhuǎn)型進入LED照明市場,市場競爭趨于白熱化。大型企業(yè)憑借自身強大的融資能力和研發(fā)實力,不斷加快新產(chǎn)品上市的速度。供應(yīng)鏈上的企業(yè)為了獲得下游企業(yè)的訂單,紛紛在細分市場進行深耕,以便能謀取生路。本文以M公司LED射燈新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中的質(zhì)量管理為研究對象,通過分析LED射燈新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入的質(zhì)量管理狀況,找出當(dāng)前LED射燈新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中質(zhì)量管理存在的問題。結(jié)合項目質(zhì)量管理理論,通過質(zhì)量功能展開、測量系統(tǒng)分析以及潛在失效模式與后果分析等質(zhì)量管理工具的運用,對M公司LED射燈新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中涉及到主要質(zhì)量管理問題進行優(yōu)化,最后通過實際的應(yīng)用來驗證這些優(yōu)化措施的有效性。本文提出的新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中的質(zhì)量管理優(yōu)化方法,對M公司LED射燈新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中質(zhì)量管理水平起到了良好的提升作用,同時也為同類型企業(yè)提升新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中的質(zhì)量管理水平提供一個可借鑒的思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, environmental problems have become increasingly serious, energy conservation and emission reduction has become a national vigorously respected activities. Led as a green lighting source, with its more durable, brighter, more energy-saving, more environmentally friendly advantages, the market share of products is gradually expanding. With the trend of traditional industrial upgrading and transformation, many traditional lighting enterprises have transformed into LED lighting market, and the market competition tends to be white and hot. Large enterprises rely on their own strong financing ability and R & D strength to speed up the listing of new products. In order to obtain orders from downstream enterprises, enterprises in the supply chain have been ploughing deeply in the market segment in order to find a way to survive. In this paper, the quality management in the process of introducing new products of LED headlights of M Company is studied. By analyzing the quality management situation of introducing new products of LED lanterns, the existing problems of quality management in the process of introducing new products of LED headlights are found out. Combined with the theory of project quality management, through the application of quality management tools, such as quality function development, measurement system analysis, potential failure mode and consequence analysis, The main quality management problems involved in the introduction of new LED headlights from M Company are optimized. Finally, the effectiveness of these optimization measures is verified by practical application. The optimization method of quality management in the process of introducing new products proposed in this paper has played a good role in improving the level of quality management in the process of introducing new products into LED headlights of M Company. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the same type of enterprises to improve the quality management level in the process of introducing new products.
