M公司LED射燈新產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)入過程中的質(zhì)量管理優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:In recent years, environmental problems have become increasingly serious, energy conservation and emission reduction has become a national vigorously respected activities. Led as a green lighting source, with its more durable, brighter, more energy-saving, more environmentally friendly advantages, the market share of products is gradually expanding. With the trend of traditional industrial upgrading and transformation, many traditional lighting enterprises have transformed into LED lighting market, and the market competition tends to be white and hot. Large enterprises rely on their own strong financing ability and R & D strength to speed up the listing of new products. In order to obtain orders from downstream enterprises, enterprises in the supply chain have been ploughing deeply in the market segment in order to find a way to survive. In this paper, the quality management in the process of introducing new products of LED headlights of M Company is studied. By analyzing the quality management situation of introducing new products of LED lanterns, the existing problems of quality management in the process of introducing new products of LED headlights are found out. Combined with the theory of project quality management, through the application of quality management tools, such as quality function development, measurement system analysis, potential failure mode and consequence analysis, The main quality management problems involved in the introduction of new LED headlights from M Company are optimized. Finally, the effectiveness of these optimization measures is verified by practical application. The optimization method of quality management in the process of introducing new products proposed in this paper has played a good role in improving the level of quality management in the process of introducing new products into LED headlights of M Company. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the same type of enterprises to improve the quality management level in the process of introducing new products.
