【摘要】:中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展由最初的發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟(jì)階段,到后來(lái)的發(fā)展開(kāi)放型經(jīng)濟(jì)階段,現(xiàn)在正在進(jìn)入發(fā)展創(chuàng)新型經(jīng)濟(jì)階段(洪銀興,2013),企業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的基本單位,是創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的主體,F(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)影響企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的內(nèi)外部因素、企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)后果,以及創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行了一系列的探討。但是,地區(qū)科教資源作為一個(gè)重要的外部影響因素,目前仍鮮有文獻(xiàn)研究其對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的影響。同時(shí),現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)地區(qū)科教資源的研究,往往局限于其對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的影響,還欠缺地區(qū)科教資源如何影響微觀企業(yè)行為和企業(yè)價(jià)值的研究。企業(yè)作為創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的主體,其創(chuàng)新行為,特別是科技研發(fā)行為并不是無(wú)源之水,而是內(nèi)嵌于整個(gè)社會(huì)的基礎(chǔ)資源之中。中國(guó)企業(yè)本身科技比較薄弱,創(chuàng)新能力相對(duì)欠缺,要想有效地發(fā)揮創(chuàng)新的作用,需要借助于外部力量。在科教資源發(fā)達(dá)的地區(qū),通過(guò)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作,可以降低企業(yè)RD投入的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提高預(yù)期回報(bào),從而提高創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的效率和效益。因此有必要通過(guò)實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)探究地區(qū)科教資源究竟能不能促進(jìn)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),探究地區(qū)科教資源能不能影響微觀企業(yè)價(jià)值,以及其影響路徑是什么。這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題的解答,一方面有助于我們更全面的理解地區(qū)科教資源對(duì)微觀企業(yè)行為和企業(yè)價(jià)值的影響,另一方面也可以幫助我們更加全面地理解企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入的影響因素和經(jīng)濟(jì)后果。本文以2007-2015年除金融行業(yè)外的所有上市公司作為研究樣本,從高校數(shù)量、高校教師數(shù)量、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金情況、專利數(shù)量、地方財(cái)政科技支出和高校畢業(yè)生數(shù)量這幾個(gè)方面來(lái)度量地區(qū)科教資源水平,本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn),地區(qū)科教資源可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新活動(dòng),地區(qū)科教資源越豐富,企業(yè)的RD投入越多;地區(qū)科教資源還可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)價(jià)值的提升,而這種促進(jìn)作用,一方面以企業(yè)創(chuàng)新為中介,另一方面還存在直接效應(yīng)。同時(shí),本文還進(jìn)行了分樣本檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),地區(qū)科教資源對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)的促進(jìn)作用主要體現(xiàn)在非國(guó)有樣本和高市場(chǎng)化程度地區(qū)的分樣本上;地區(qū)科教資源對(duì)企業(yè)的價(jià)值提升體現(xiàn)在高市場(chǎng)化程度地區(qū)的分樣本上。最后,穩(wěn)健性檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果說(shuō)明本文的研究結(jié)論具有一定的穩(wěn)健性。總的來(lái)說(shuō),本文的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)了在我國(guó)特殊的制度背景下,地區(qū)科教資源這一外部因素對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)和企業(yè)價(jià)值的促進(jìn)作用,還發(fā)現(xiàn)了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新在地區(qū)科教資源促進(jìn)企業(yè)價(jià)值過(guò)程中的中介作用,豐富了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)影響因素以及地區(qū)科教資源影響微觀企業(yè)的研究。提出了地區(qū)科教資源促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入和企業(yè)價(jià)值的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)。有助于我們認(rèn)識(shí)到政府投入對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要性。同時(shí)表明政府投入對(duì)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)后果的積極影響。提出了地區(qū)科教資源促進(jìn)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新活動(dòng)價(jià)值創(chuàng)造作用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:From the initial stage of developing township economy to the stage of developing open economy, China's economic development is now entering the stage of developing innovative economy (Hong Yinxing, 2013). Therefore, it is necessary to examine whether regional science and education resources can promote the innovation activities of enterprises, and explore whether regional science and education resources can affect the value of micro-enterprises and what their influence path is. The answer to these two questions, on the one hand, helps us to understand more comprehensively the impact of regional science and education resources on micro-enterprise behavior and enterprise value. On the other hand, it can help us to understand the influence factors and economic consequences of enterprise innovation investment more comprehensively. This paper takes all listed companies except the financial industry in 2007-2015 as research samples, from the number of colleges and universities, the number of teachers in colleges and universities, the situation of the National Natural Science Foundation, the number of patents, Local financial expenditure on science and technology and the number of college graduates to measure the level of regional science and education resources, this study found that regional science and education resources can promote innovation activities of enterprises, the richer the regional science and education resources, the more investment in RD; Regional science and education resources can also promote the promotion of enterprise value, and this promotion role, on the one hand, enterprise innovation as the intermediary, on the other hand, there is also a direct effect. At the same time, this paper also carried out a sub-sample test, the results show that the regional science and education resources to promote enterprise innovation activities mainly reflected in the non-state-owned samples and high market-oriented areas of the sub-samples; The value promotion of regional science and education resources to enterprises is reflected in the sub-samples of high market-oriented areas. Finally, the results of robustness test show that the conclusion of this paper has some robustness. In general, the research of this paper finds that under the special institutional background of our country, the external factor of regional science and education resources promotes the innovation activities and the value of enterprises. It also finds out the intermediary role of enterprise innovation in the process of promoting enterprise value by regional science and education resources, which enriches the research on the influencing factors of enterprise innovation activities and the influence of regional science and education resources on micro-enterprises. This paper puts forward the empirical evidence that regional science and education resources promote enterprise innovation investment and enterprise value. It helps us to realize the importance of government input to regional economic development. At the same time, it shows the positive influence of government input on the outcome of innovation activities. This paper puts forward the empirical evidence that regional science and education resources can promote the value creation of enterprises' innovation activities.
