【摘要】：針對(duì)近年來我國OFDI逐年增加的現(xiàn)實(shí),從央企和地方企業(yè)的細(xì)分角度對(duì)OFDI地理布局問題進(jìn)行分析,定量研究政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、自由貿(mào)易環(huán)境等因素的影響,其結(jié)果表明,雙邊自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定以及投資協(xié)定的簽署對(duì)中國企業(yè)OFDI起到了顯著的促進(jìn)作用;央企向高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)進(jìn)行OFDI的傾向要高于地方企業(yè),市場與資源驅(qū)動(dòng)是影響地方企業(yè)OFDI的關(guān)鍵因素。因此,有關(guān)方面應(yīng)當(dāng)加快自由貿(mào)易區(qū)協(xié)定以及雙邊投資協(xié)議的談判和簽署,重視我國企業(yè)OFDI中的政治風(fēng)險(xiǎn),加大對(duì)地方企業(yè)OFDI的支持和引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:In view of the fact that China's OFDI has been increasing year by year in recent years, this paper analyzes the geographical distribution of OFDI from the perspective of segmentation of central enterprises and local enterprises, and quantitatively studies the influence of political risks, free trade environment and other factors. The results show that: The signing of bilateral free trade agreements and investment agreements has played a significant role in promoting OFDI of Chinese enterprises. The tendency of central enterprises to carry out OFDI to high-risk areas is higher than that of local enterprises. Market and resource-driven are the key factors that affect the OFDI of local enterprises. Therefore, the parties concerned should speed up the negotiation and signing of the free trade area agreement and the bilateral investment agreement, pay attention to the political risk in the OFDI of our country's enterprises, and increase the support and guidance to the local enterprise OFDI.
