【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)民族地區(qū)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的快速推進(jìn)以及在外務(wù)工就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力的逐漸增大,許多在外務(wù)工的農(nóng)民工開(kāi)始返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè),這不僅降低了全國(guó)的就業(yè)壓力,而且促進(jìn)了民族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。民族地區(qū)地方政府也制定和出臺(tái)了許多針對(duì)返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工創(chuàng)業(yè)的扶持政策,給予了諸多有利于農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)的條件。然而,在實(shí)際的政策實(shí)施中,政策扶持方面依然存在不少問(wèn)題。在此分析了新農(nóng)村建設(shè)為民族地區(qū)農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)帶來(lái)的機(jī)遇,通過(guò)對(duì)江西省貴溪市樟坪畬族鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工的訪(fǎng)談,了解目前農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)扶持政策的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,提出了新農(nóng)村建設(shè)背景下樟坪畬族鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)扶持政策的優(yōu)化建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the new rural construction in ethnic minority areas and the gradual increase in the pressure of competition for the employment of migrant workers, many migrant workers have begun to return home and set up their own businesses, which not only reduces the pressure of employment throughout the country. And promoted the economic development of ethnic areas. Local governments in ethnic minority areas have also formulated and issued many supporting policies for returning migrant workers to start their own businesses, and have given many conditions conducive to the return of migrant workers to start their own businesses. However, in the practical policy implementation, there are still many problems in policy support. This paper analyzes the opportunities brought by the new rural construction for migrant workers in minority areas to return home and set up their own businesses. Through interviews with migrant workers in Zhangping she nationality Township, Guixi City, Jiangxi Province, to understand the current situation and existing problems of migrant workers' support policy for returning home and starting businesses. Under the background of the new rural construction, this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions on the policy of supporting migrant workers to return home and set up businesses in Zhangping she nationality Township.
