【摘要】：現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)研究了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資(VC)參與對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入數(shù)量的影響,但沒有研究VC參與對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入效率的影響,即VC參與是否通過提高創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入來提升創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的價(jià)值增值。本文運(yùn)用中國創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市公司數(shù)據(jù),通過建立多元線性回歸模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)有VC持股的公司,其創(chuàng)新投入水平要顯著地高于沒有VC持股的公司,且VC持股比例與公司的創(chuàng)新投入水平成正相關(guān)關(guān)系。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),有VC持股的公司,其企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入對(duì)價(jià)值增值水平提升有顯著促進(jìn)作用,說明VC參與通過提升企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入而對(duì)公司的價(jià)值增值帶來顯著的正面效應(yīng),提高了企業(yè)創(chuàng)新投入的效率。本文的結(jié)論進(jìn)一步證實(shí)了VC作為技術(shù)進(jìn)步催化劑的作用。
[Abstract]:The existing literatures have studied the impact of venture capital (VC) participation on the amount of innovation investment, but not on the impact of VC participation on the efficiency of venture capital investment. That is, whether VC participates in enhancing the value added of the venture enterprise by increasing the investment in innovation. Based on the data of listed companies in China growth Enterprise Market and the establishment of multiple linear regression model, this paper finds that the level of innovation investment of VC holding companies is significantly higher than that of companies without VC shareholding. Moreover, the proportion of VC shares is positively correlated with the level of innovation investment of the company. Further research shows that the innovation investment of the company with VC shares has a significant role in promoting the value added level, indicating that VC participation in the promotion of corporate innovation investment has a significant positive effect on the value added of the company. Improved the efficiency of enterprise innovation investment. The conclusion of this paper further confirms the role of VC as a catalyst for technological progress.
