【摘要】：本文借鑒鮑莫爾成本模型,將技術(shù)創(chuàng)新分為勞動(dòng)力依賴型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和資本勞動(dòng)力依賴型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,在此基礎(chǔ)上建立模型。研究結(jié)果表明,勞動(dòng)依賴型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新具有穩(wěn)定的相對(duì)研發(fā)成本,典型的是實(shí)用新型與外觀設(shè)計(jì)專利。資本勞動(dòng)依賴型技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的相對(duì)研發(fā)成本逐漸降低但有底限,典型的是發(fā)明專利,不同類型創(chuàng)新的相對(duì)成本不可比。不同創(chuàng)新周期的發(fā)明專利各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),不同類型的專利也各有優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),它們之間是互相補(bǔ)充與協(xié)調(diào)的關(guān)系。技術(shù)壟斷型企業(yè)一定程度上會(huì)有意延長創(chuàng)新時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Based on Baumer's cost model, this paper divides technological innovation into labor-dependent technological innovation and capital-labor-dependent technological innovation. The results show that the labor-dependent technological innovation has stable relative R & D costs, typical of which are utility model and design patent. The relative R & D cost of capital labor dependent technological innovation is gradually reduced but there is a limit. The typical is invention patent, and the relative cost of different types of innovation is not comparable. The invention patents of different innovation cycles have their own advantages and disadvantages, and the different types of patents have their own advantages and disadvantages. To some extent, technology monopoly enterprises will extend innovation time.
