【摘要】：虛擬組織作為一種新興的資源連接及能力重組的組織模式,彰顯了其持續(xù)價(jià)值創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)越性。虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力是作用于持續(xù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)中創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力、創(chuàng)新過程、界面管理及組織學(xué)習(xí)的能力集合函數(shù)。首先,識(shí)別了虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)涵與本質(zhì),剖析了虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力形成機(jī)理;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過梳理創(chuàng)新能力維度劃分相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),并結(jié)合虛擬組織的本質(zhì)屬性,對(duì)虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力作用點(diǎn)進(jìn)行解構(gòu);最后,構(gòu)建了虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力與持續(xù)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)之間以及各能力之間的交互作用機(jī)制,旨在深化對(duì)虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的研究和認(rèn)識(shí),豐富并拓展虛擬組織持續(xù)創(chuàng)新理論。
[Abstract]:Virtual organization, as a new organization mode of resource connection and ability reorganization, shows the superiority of its continuous value innovation. The ability of virtual organization to innovate continuously is a set of functions that act on innovation power, innovation process, interface management and organizational learning in sustainable innovation system. Firstly, the connotation and essence of the sustainable innovation ability of the virtual organization are identified, and the forming mechanism of the sustained innovation ability of the virtual organization is analyzed. On this basis, by combing the relevant literature on the dimension of innovation ability, and combining the essential attributes of virtual organization, this paper deconstructs the application point of continuous innovation ability of virtual organization. Finally, the interaction mechanism between virtual organization sustainable innovation ability and sustainable innovation system is constructed, which is aimed at deepening the research and understanding of virtual organization sustainable innovation ability. Enrich and expand the theory of continuous innovation of virtual organization.
