【摘要】：根據(jù)集群具有的地理邊界特性將集群企業(yè)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入劃分為群內(nèi)和群外,并將吸收能力納入到網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入對(duì)集群企業(yè)兩種不同創(chuàng)新能力作用影響的分析框架中。實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn):群內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)異質(zhì)性、群外網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模和群外網(wǎng)絡(luò)異質(zhì)性對(duì)集群企業(yè)利用性創(chuàng)新能力具有正向顯著影響,吸收能力在這其中具有調(diào)節(jié)效應(yīng)。群外網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模、群外網(wǎng)絡(luò)異質(zhì)性對(duì)集群企業(yè)的探索性創(chuàng)新能力具有正向顯著影響,吸收能力在這其中具有完全中介效應(yīng);而群內(nèi)網(wǎng)絡(luò)異質(zhì)性對(duì)集群企業(yè)的探索性創(chuàng)新能力具有負(fù)向顯著影響。因此集群企業(yè)在發(fā)展雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新能力過(guò)程中,需要在優(yōu)化集群內(nèi)外結(jié)網(wǎng)形態(tài)與加強(qiáng)內(nèi)部創(chuàng)新投入上雙管齊下,只有這樣,才能更好促進(jìn)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力提升和躍遷。
[Abstract]:According to the geographical boundary characteristics of cluster, the embedded network structure of cluster enterprises is divided into intra-group and out-of-group, and the absorptive capacity is included in the analysis framework of the influence of network structure embedding on two different innovative abilities of cluster enterprises. The empirical study shows that the heterogeneity of intra-group network, the scale of out-of-group network and the heterogeneity of out-of-group network have a positive and significant impact on the innovation ability of cluster enterprises, and the absorptive capacity has a regulatory effect. The scale of out-of-group networks and heterogeneity of out-of-group networks have a positive and significant impact on the exploratory innovation ability of cluster enterprises, and the absorptive capacity has a complete intermediary effect. Intra-group network heterogeneity has a negative and significant impact on the exploratory innovation ability of cluster enterprises. Therefore, in the process of developing dualistic innovation ability, cluster enterprises need to optimize the network form inside and outside the cluster and strengthen the internal innovation investment. Only in this way, can the innovation ability of enterprises be promoted and transitioned better.
