【摘要】：研發(fā)投資是企業(yè)提高技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力和市場競爭力的重要途徑。與以往研究不同,針對中國企業(yè)研發(fā)參與度小和投入強(qiáng)度低的現(xiàn)實(shí),本文從企業(yè)屬性、行業(yè)特征和外部沖擊三個(gè)角度探究了研發(fā)投資的決定因素及作用機(jī)制,進(jìn)而利用Heckman兩步法建立選擇和投資方程,以2007年中國工業(yè)企業(yè)的微觀數(shù)據(jù)和工業(yè)行業(yè)的中觀數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,就企業(yè)研發(fā)決策的兩面性問題進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)企業(yè)研發(fā)行為的選擇性偏誤確實(shí)存在,是否研發(fā)與投入多少會(huì)受到不同因素的制約,來自所有制分組的回歸結(jié)果顯示,企業(yè)性質(zhì)是影響研發(fā)投資的重要因素,國有、外資和私營企業(yè)在研發(fā)決策機(jī)制方面存在巨大差異。
[Abstract]:R & D investment is an important way for enterprises to improve their technological innovation ability and market competitiveness. Different from previous studies, this paper explores the determinants and mechanism of R & D investment from three angles of enterprise attributes, industry characteristics and external shocks, aiming at the reality of low R & D participation and low investment intensity of Chinese enterprises. Then using the Heckman two-step method to establish the selection and investment equation, taking the microcosmic data of Chinese industrial enterprises and the mid-scale data of industrial industry as samples in 2007, this paper makes an empirical test on the two-sided problem of enterprise R & D decision. It is found that the selective bias of R & D behavior of enterprises does exist, whether R & D and how much investment will be restricted by different factors. Regression results from ownership groups show that the nature of enterprises is an important factor affecting R & D investment. There are huge differences between foreign and private enterprises in R & D decision-making mechanism.
