中國平安人壽黑龍江分公司保險代理人培訓體系研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the environment of sustained high growth of China's economic situation, all kinds of economy and economic situation have been springing up one after another. Insurance is also our country reform and opening up has been a sustained high growth industry. China Ping an Life Insurance Co., Ltd. is also a number of domestic rapid growth insurance companies. At present, its insurance premium scale ranks second in China, the number of insurance agents is nearly 1 million, and it is also the first enterprise to introduce the training mechanism of insurance agents, and it is praised as "Huangpu military Academy" in the field of training. Therefore, in order to improve the insurance agent training system, this article has carried on the analysis, and has carried on the detailed elaboration and the explanation. This paper summarizes the background of insurance industry, puts forward the significance and purpose of this paper, and analyzes and expounds the training system at home and abroad. Furthermore, the organizational structure and personnel composition of the training system of China Ping an Life Insurance Company in Heilongjiang Province are analyzed, including the course system of insurance agent training and the system of agent tutor. This paper analyzes the training status of Ping an Life Insurance Heilongjiang Branch in several aspects, such as agent training operation. The problems in Heilongjiang Branch of China Ping an Life Insurance Company are summarized: the problems in the professional spirit of agents, the problems in the construction of agent mentors, and the problems in the training mode of agents. The reasons are as follows: first, environmental factor; second, industry factor; third, insurance company's own factor. Therefore, the author determines the solution, reconstructs and consummates the agent training system of Ping an Life Insurance Heilongjiang Branch: optimize the course system, optimize the course from four production lines, construct the instructor team and optimize the training operation system. Finally, the effect evaluation system and safeguard measures are established. Through this study, we can find that the optimization and improvement of agent training can promote the rapid transformation of agent training in accordance with the company's rhythm, and grow rapidly. By improving the training system, improving the quality and skills of the agent team, making it fully aware of its own value, it is also conducive to the achievement of enterprise performance goals and rapid growth. It also provides a new train of thought for the staff training of other marketing companies in the industry, and also has certain reference and reference value.
