XH孵化器中小科技企業(yè)項目風(fēng)險管理研究
[Abstract]:Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of China's economic system. The vigorous development of small and medium-sized enterprises can promote the sound development of the economy, activate the overall domestic economic atmosphere, and serve all aspects of society. In this context, incubators are mainly used to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. For a long time, incubators have provided incubation services for small and medium-sized technological enterprises. By introducing different resources to reduce the risk of starting an undertaking in the incubating enterprises, they have received good results. At the same time, the fine requirements for service make incubation. Technological management is a strategic theory that combines technology with management. Combining it with the projects of small and medium-sized technological enterprises will help to enhance the goal of the project, improve the project plan and reduce the possibility of project failure. Starting with the theory and method of project risk management, this paper firstly analyzes the current project risk management situation of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in China. By comparing the technological operation activities of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in incubators, it identifies the characteristics of technological operation projects in incubators, and then identifies the characteristics of technological operation projects in incubators. The main risks of incubator's technological operation project are summarized, and the methods of risk coping and monitoring are summarized in combination with the actual operation mode of incubator and the tools of technological operation. Then the project risk management method of the improved incubator's small and medium-sized technological enterprises is put forward according to the business upgrading direction of incubator.
