【摘要】：民間投資是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要推動(dòng)力,2016年我國民間投資增速、占比出現(xiàn)"雙下滑",民間投資下行成為宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)新"痛點(diǎn)"。當(dāng)前我國民間投資面臨企業(yè)自身能力不夠、投資空間狹窄、融資渠道不暢、綜合成本過高、產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)不完善、政商關(guān)系扭曲六大問題;建議通過提升民企投資能力、拓寬投資空間、拓展融資渠道、增強(qiáng)投資動(dòng)力、完善產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)和構(gòu)建新型政商關(guān)系,提振民營企業(yè)家信心,激發(fā)我國民間投資活力。
[Abstract]:Private investment is an important driving force of China's economic growth. In 2016, China's private investment growth rate, the proportion of "double decline", the decline of private investment has become a new macroeconomic "pain point". At present, private investment in our country is faced with six major problems, such as insufficient ability of enterprises, narrow investment space, poor financing channels, too high comprehensive cost, imperfect protection of property rights, distortion of the relationship between government and business, and it is suggested to improve the investment capacity of private enterprises. We should broaden the investment space, expand the financing channels, strengthen the investment motive force, perfect the property right protection and construct the new political and commercial relationship, boost the confidence of the private entrepreneurs, and stimulate the vitality of the folk investment in our country.
