【摘要】：基于企業(yè)社會責任內(nèi)涵和實現(xiàn)機制的分析,指出林業(yè)投資和社會責任履行的耦合性,體現(xiàn)在林業(yè)投資綜合效益和社會責任內(nèi)涵及林業(yè)投資自身與社會責任投資的一致性上。分析了林業(yè)投資的特點和綜合效益,實例測算表明林業(yè)投資的生態(tài)和社會效益遠超經(jīng)濟效益,印證了林業(yè)投資是企業(yè)履行社會責任的可行方式。分析了社會責任履行視角下不同企業(yè)的林業(yè)投資模式,指出林業(yè)企業(yè)可結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略性社會責任和林業(yè)核心社會責任,參與與其能力相匹配的投資項目;非林企業(yè)可以基于社會責任投資理念參與商業(yè)性林業(yè)投資項目,基于回應性社會責任投入?yún)⑴c公益性林業(yè)投資項目。建議政府通過創(chuàng)新林業(yè)經(jīng)營模式、完善社會責任制度建設和加強社會輿論宣傳,引導林業(yè)和非林企業(yè)加大林業(yè)投資。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the connotation and realization mechanism of corporate social responsibility, this paper points out the coupling between forestry investment and social responsibility performance, which is embodied in the connotation of comprehensive benefit and social responsibility of forestry investment and the consistency between forestry investment and social responsibility investment. This paper analyzes the characteristics and comprehensive benefits of forestry investment, and shows that the ecological and social benefits of forestry investment far exceed the economic benefits, which proves that forestry investment is a feasible way for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility. This paper analyzes the forestry investment patterns of different enterprises from the perspective of social responsibility performance, and points out that forestry enterprises can participate in investment projects that match their ability with strategic social responsibility and forestry core social responsibility. Non-forest enterprises can participate in commercial forestry investment projects based on the concept of social responsibility investment, and participate in public welfare forestry investment projects based on responsive social responsibility investment. It is suggested that the government should innovate the forestry management mode, perfect the construction of social responsibility system and strengthen the propaganda of public opinion, and guide forestry and non-forest enterprises to increase forestry investment.
