【摘要】：本文利用2010年中央企業(yè)開(kāi)始全面實(shí)施EVA業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)這一自然事件,檢驗(yàn)了業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)改變是否會(huì)影響企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),實(shí)施EVA業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)制度后,中央企業(yè)改變了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平;當(dāng)管理者擁有較低權(quán)力、較高能力以及較多薪酬激勵(lì)時(shí),實(shí)施EVA業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)制度后中央企業(yè)會(huì)更積極去承擔(dān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),EVA業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)制度顯著增加了中央企業(yè)價(jià)值。本文研究不僅豐富了企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)研究?jī)?nèi)容,而且對(duì)于完善業(yè)績(jī)?cè)u(píng)價(jià)制度和提高企業(yè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平提供了參考。
[Abstract]:This paper makes use of the natural event of implementing EVA performance evaluation in central enterprises in 2010, and tests whether the change of performance evaluation will affect the risk bearing of enterprises. The study found that after implementing EVA performance evaluation system, the central enterprise changed the risk-taking level; when managers have lower power, higher ability and more compensation incentive, After implementing EVA performance evaluation system, central enterprises will take risks more actively. Further research found that EVA performance evaluation system significantly increased the value of central enterprises. The research in this paper not only enriches the research content of enterprise risk bearing, but also provides a reference for perfecting the performance evaluation system and improving the level of enterprise risk bearing.
