BF食品有限公司績(jī)效管理存在的問(wèn)題和對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來(lái),伴隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展,企業(yè)也面臨著愈來(lái)愈大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力,在這樣激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下,企業(yè)如何能立足不敗之地,這需要企業(yè)不斷發(fā)掘自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)?(jī)效管理作為企業(yè)人力資源管理的核心,其重要性不言而喻。企業(yè)如能建立一套科學(xué)合理的績(jī)效管理體系,不僅對(duì)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)有重要意義,同時(shí)也是企業(yè)極具競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的軟實(shí)力。目前,我國(guó)許多企業(yè)都嘗試在公司內(nèi)部推行績(jī)效管理制度,但多數(shù)結(jié)果差強(qiáng)人意。BF公司作為一個(gè)成立多年的老公司,在績(jī)效管理制度推行幾年之后,也遇到了諸多的難題。為解決這些問(wèn)題,本文在對(duì)相關(guān)績(jī)效管理理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外績(jī)效管理現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,對(duì)BF公司現(xiàn)行的績(jī)效管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了探討和研究。本文首先引用了績(jī)效管理的相關(guān)概念,對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,介紹了目前BF公司內(nèi)部績(jī)效管理運(yùn)行的相關(guān)情況,在采用深度訪談和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)BF公司現(xiàn)行的績(jī)效管理制度存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行全面分析,找出原因,然后結(jié)合公司實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用目標(biāo)管理法、層次分析法等提出包括績(jī)效指標(biāo)、績(jī)效流程、溝通反饋、實(shí)施保障等相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案,以此來(lái)完善BF公司的績(jī)效管理體系。本文將BF公司作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)一系列研究得出相關(guān)結(jié)論,希望能為我國(guó)當(dāng)前中小企業(yè)面臨的績(jī)效問(wèn)題提供一種管理新思路。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of China's economy, enterprises are also facing increasing competition pressure. In such a fierce competitive environment, how can enterprises stand in an invincible position, which requires enterprises to constantly explore their own competitive advantages. Performance management as the core of human resources management, its importance is self-evident. If an enterprise can establish a set of scientific and reasonable performance management system, it is not only important for the realization of the strategic goal of the enterprise, but also a very competitive soft power. At present, many enterprises in our country try to implement the performance management system within the company, but most of the results are unsatisfactory. BF company, as an old company established for many years, has encountered many problems after the implementation of the performance management system for several years. In order to solve these problems, on the basis of the relevant performance management theory research, compared with the actual situation of performance management at home and abroad, this paper discusses and studies the current performance management problems of BF Company. In this paper, we first cite the relevant concepts of performance management, compare the current research situation at home and abroad, and introduce the current internal performance management of BF company, based on the use of in-depth interviews and questionnaires. This paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in BF company's current performance management system, finds out the reasons, and then, combining with the actual situation of the company, using the method of objective management and analytic hierarchy process, puts forward some suggestions, including performance indicators, performance process, communication and feedback, etc. To perfect BF company's performance management system by implementing the corresponding optimization scheme such as guarantee. In this paper, BF Company is regarded as the object of study, and through a series of studies, the relevant conclusions are drawn, hoping to provide a new way of management for the performance problems faced by small and medium-sized enterprises in our country.
