【摘要】：對平行順序移動(dòng)模式下考慮加工時(shí)間與調(diào)整時(shí)間可分離的多目標(biāo)流水車間批量調(diào)度問題展開研究.構(gòu)建以加工制造設(shè)備總停機(jī)次數(shù)、批量工件生產(chǎn)周期以及搬運(yùn)批量工件的總次數(shù)為決策目標(biāo)的基于分層序列法的多目標(biāo)決策模型,利用該模型可確定批量工件的最優(yōu)加工排序方案.建立平行順序移動(dòng)模式的加工與調(diào)整時(shí)間模型,該模型是求解生產(chǎn)周期的基礎(chǔ),也是為批量工件的最優(yōu)調(diào)度方案制定生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計(jì)劃的依據(jù).提出并設(shè)計(jì)平行順序移動(dòng)模式下考慮加工時(shí)間與調(diào)整時(shí)間可分離的禁忌搜索算法對問題進(jìn)行求解.研究結(jié)果表明:本研究可為平順移動(dòng)模式下考慮加工時(shí)間與調(diào)整時(shí)間可分離的批量生產(chǎn)流水車間選出批量工件的最優(yōu)調(diào)度方案,同時(shí)可為批量工件的加工和加工制造設(shè)備的調(diào)整制定精確的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計(jì)劃.
[Abstract]:The multi-objective flow-shop batch scheduling problem considering the separation of processing time and adjusting time in parallel sequential moving mode is studied. A multi-objective decision-making model based on hierarchical sequence method is constructed, which takes the total downtime of manufacturing equipment, the production cycle of batch workpiece and the total number of moving batch workpieces as the decision objectives. The model can be used to determine the optimal processing scheduling scheme for batch jobs. The processing and adjusting time model of parallel sequential moving mode is established. The model is the basis of solving production cycle and the basis of making production plan for the optimal scheduling scheme of batch jobs. A Tabu search algorithm considering the separation of processing time and adjusting time is proposed and designed to solve the problem in parallel sequential moving mode. The results show that this study can select the optimal scheduling scheme for batch production workshop considering the separation of processing time and adjusting time in smooth moving mode. At the same time, we can make accurate production plan for batch workpiece processing and manufacturing equipment adjustment.
