【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)學習已有研究成果多關注創(chuàng)業(yè)者學習,且質(zhì)性研究居多,對員工、群體和組織等其他學習主體的創(chuàng)業(yè)學習機制以及不同主體之間的學習轉(zhuǎn)移機制缺少關注。為彌補這一研究不足,本文從創(chuàng)業(yè)學習轉(zhuǎn)移這一全新視角和嶄新話題推進創(chuàng)業(yè)學習理論研究。本文構建了創(chuàng)業(yè)學習概念體系的5W1H模型,從何時學習,為什么學習,由誰學習,從哪學習,學習什么,以及如何學習六個方面系統(tǒng)完善創(chuàng)業(yè)學習的概念體系;構建了創(chuàng)業(yè)學習轉(zhuǎn)移的理論模型;分析了創(chuàng)業(yè)者、員工、群體和組織等不同層面學習主體的創(chuàng)業(yè)學習機制;構建了創(chuàng)業(yè)者到員工的創(chuàng)業(yè)學習轉(zhuǎn)移,員工到群體的創(chuàng)業(yè)學習轉(zhuǎn)移,以及群體到組織的創(chuàng)業(yè)學習轉(zhuǎn)移的理論模型,揭示了不同層面創(chuàng)業(yè)學習主體之間創(chuàng)業(yè)學習轉(zhuǎn)移的路徑與機制。
[Abstract]:Entrepreneurial learning has been paid more attention to entrepreneur learning, and qualitative research is the majority, and lack of attention to the entrepreneurial learning mechanism of other learning subjects, such as employees, groups and organizations, as well as the learning transfer mechanism between different subjects. In order to make up for the lack of this research, this paper advances the theory of entrepreneurial learning from the perspective of entrepreneurial learning transfer and a new topic. This paper constructs the 5W1H model of entrepreneurial learning concept system, from when to learn, why to learn, by whom to learn, where to learn, what to learn, and how to learn six aspects of systematic improvement of entrepreneurial learning concept system; The theoretical model of entrepreneurial learning transfer is constructed; the entrepreneurial learning mechanism of entrepreneurs, employees, groups and organizations is analyzed; the entrepreneurial learning transfer from entrepreneurs to employees and the entrepreneurial learning transfer from employees to groups are constructed. And the theoretical model of entrepreneurial learning transfer from group to organization reveals the path and mechanism of entrepreneurial learning transfer between different levels of entrepreneurial learning subjects.
