【摘要】：企業(yè)當(dāng)今所處的時代是變革的時代,每一次變革都是決定企業(yè)發(fā)展方向和前景的決策,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者掌握變革和組織發(fā)展的技能才能使企業(yè)緊跟時代的改變,不被時代的潮流所拋下,并且保持企業(yè)的核心競爭力。
[Abstract]:The era in which enterprises live is an era of change. Each change is a decision that determines the direction and prospect of enterprise development. Only when leaders master the skills of change and organizational development can they keep up with the change of the times and not be left behind by the trend of the times. And maintain the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
