【摘要】：企業(yè)的投資效率與其生存和發(fā)展有著密切的聯(lián)系,并且直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)價(jià)值的提升。近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及政府的大力扶持,我國(guó)中小企業(yè)得到迅猛發(fā)展,不管是在數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量上都有所提高,但由于中小企業(yè)在資金來(lái)源方面受到的約束較多,仍普遍存在投資效率低下的現(xiàn)象。學(xué)者們對(duì)此問(wèn)題也展開了較多的研究,但是很少有學(xué)者結(jié)合中小企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)性來(lái)探究政府補(bǔ)助與企業(yè)投資效率兩者之間的關(guān)系。隨著中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展速度日益增加,在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中發(fā)揮的作用也越來(lái)越大,研究中小企業(yè)獲得的政府補(bǔ)助與投資效率之間的關(guān)系,不管在理論上還是在實(shí)踐中,都具有重要意義。那么,中小企業(yè)獲得的政府補(bǔ)助是否能夠幫助企業(yè)優(yōu)化投資效率?中小企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)性不同,政府補(bǔ)助對(duì)投資效率產(chǎn)生的作用是否也存在著差別?鑒于以上問(wèn)題的存在,本文從深市中小板選取了224家樣本企業(yè)在2010-2013年四年間的財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)實(shí)證分析探究中小上市企業(yè)獲得的政府補(bǔ)助與其投資效率間的關(guān)系；在此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步結(jié)合中小上市企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)性高低,分別探究政府補(bǔ)助對(duì)中小上市企業(yè)投資效率產(chǎn)生的影響。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)：(1)政府補(bǔ)助總體上可以緩解我國(guó)中小上市企業(yè)投資不足的現(xiàn)狀。(2)成長(zhǎng)性較好的中小上市企業(yè),政府補(bǔ)助會(huì)直接增加其內(nèi)部自由現(xiàn)金流量,更容易加劇其過(guò)度投資。(3)成長(zhǎng)性較差的中小上市企業(yè),政府補(bǔ)助會(huì)明顯改善其內(nèi)部資金流,減緩其投資不足狀況。本文為探究政府補(bǔ)助與中小上市企業(yè)投資效率之間關(guān)系開拓了一個(gè)新的研究視角和研究思路,同時(shí)也為提高我國(guó)中小企業(yè)投資效率和進(jìn)一步完善政府的補(bǔ)貼機(jī)制提供理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The investment efficiency of an enterprise is closely related to its survival and development, and is directly related to the promotion of enterprise value. In recent years, with the rapid development of the national macro-economy and the support of the government, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country have been developing rapidly, both in quantity and in quality. However, due to the constraints on the source of funds, there is still a phenomenon of low investment efficiency. Scholars have also carried out a lot of research on this issue, but few scholars combine the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises to explore the relationship between government subsidies and enterprise investment efficiency. With the increasing development speed of small and medium-sized enterprises, they play a more and more important role in the economic development of our country. Whether in theory or in practice, the relationship between government subsidies and investment efficiency obtained by small and medium-sized enterprises is studied. Are of great significance. So, can small and medium-sized enterprises get government subsidies to help them optimize their investment efficiency? The growth of small and medium-sized enterprises is different, the role of government subsidies on investment efficiency is also different? In view of the above problems, this paper selects 224 sample enterprises' financial data in 2010-2013 as the research object, and explores the relationship between the government subsidies obtained by small and medium-sized listed enterprises and their investment efficiency through empirical analysis. On this basis, combining the growth of small and medium-sized listed enterprises, this paper probes into the influence of government subsidies on the investment efficiency of small and medium-sized listed enterprises. The research results show that government subsidies can alleviate the current situation of underinvestment of small and medium-sized listed enterprises in China on the whole.) small and medium-sized listed enterprises with good growth can be directly increased by government subsidies, and their internal free cash flow will be directly increased. It is easier to aggravate its overinvestment. 3) small and medium-sized listed enterprises with poor growth. Government subsidies will obviously improve their internal capital flow and reduce their underinvestment. In order to explore the relationship between government subsidies and the investment efficiency of small and medium-sized listed enterprises, this paper opens up a new research perspective and research ideas, and also provides a theoretical basis for improving the investment efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprises in China and further improving the subsidy mechanism of the government.
