【摘要】：正隨著全球化的推進(jìn),跨國公司的經(jīng)營活動(dòng)逐漸成為推動(dòng)各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要力量。2015年,在中國新設(shè)立的外商投資企業(yè)有26575家,同比增長11.76%,實(shí)際使用外資金額1262.67億美元(不含銀行、證券、保險(xiǎn)領(lǐng)域數(shù)據(jù),本文下同),同比增長5.61%。中國的外商投資主要以綠地投資為主,跨國并購在中國吸收外資的比重較低,但近年呈現(xiàn)快速增長的趨勢。跨國并購在中國快速增長帶來的問題是,在并購交易完成后
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the business activities of multinational corporations have gradually become an important force in promoting the economic development of various countries. In 2015, there were 26575 newly established foreign-invested enterprises in China. The actual amount of foreign capital used was $126.267 billion (excluding banking, securities and insurance data), up 5.61% from the same period last year. The foreign investment in China is mainly greenfield investment, the proportion of transnational M & A in absorbing foreign capital in China is relatively low, but in recent years the trend of rapid growth has been shown.
