【摘要】:創(chuàng)新是一個(gè)國(guó)家進(jìn)步的源泉,創(chuàng)業(yè)又是社會(huì)和國(guó)家實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新的具體表現(xiàn)形式,所謂創(chuàng)業(yè)型經(jīng)濟(jì)就是以創(chuàng)業(yè)為核心,鼓勵(lì)這個(gè)國(guó)家所有人通過(guò)創(chuàng)業(yè)的途徑促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的一種經(jīng)濟(jì)導(dǎo)向,也正是當(dāng)代社會(huì)的重要特征。2016年,國(guó)家提出“萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新,大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)”的思想,正式宣布我國(guó)現(xiàn)已全面進(jìn)入創(chuàng)業(yè)時(shí)代,創(chuàng)業(yè)者大量涌現(xiàn),創(chuàng)業(yè)活動(dòng)愈加活躍,這無(wú)一不證明創(chuàng)新和創(chuàng)業(yè)在大到國(guó)家、小到企業(yè)中不可忽視的作用。也正是創(chuàng)業(yè)有關(guān)政策的提出,更加向創(chuàng)業(yè)者發(fā)出了鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)業(yè)的信號(hào),進(jìn)一步激發(fā)創(chuàng)新思維的積極涌現(xiàn),這在社會(huì)層面上大大促進(jìn)了我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平。創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)能夠提高創(chuàng)業(yè)者識(shí)別機(jī)會(huì)的能力,而成功識(shí)別創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)有助于提高創(chuàng)業(yè)成功率,創(chuàng)造更多的社會(huì)價(jià)值,F(xiàn)有針對(duì)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別的研究大多停留在探討因果層面,對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的研究更多采用實(shí)證研究,對(duì)現(xiàn)有理論進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,缺少將創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別有機(jī)聯(lián)系在一起的探討創(chuàng)業(yè)過(guò)程內(nèi)在機(jī)理的研究。因此,采用案例研究方法研究創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別的影響,可以有效地彌補(bǔ)理論空白點(diǎn),對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)領(lǐng)域有著非常重大的貢獻(xiàn)和意義。文章基于創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)和創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別的現(xiàn)有研究,提出了創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)影響創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別的理論模型,采用多案例研究方法,根據(jù)扎根理論的思想通過(guò)編碼歸納的方式對(duì)整理的資料進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性分析,最終得出研究結(jié)論,旨在從多角度分析創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別的影響,力求打開(kāi)二者之間的黑箱明確其作用路徑和機(jī)理。經(jīng)分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)是通過(guò)影響創(chuàng)業(yè)警覺(jué)性、對(duì)制度環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性、進(jìn)入時(shí)機(jī)三者作用于創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)識(shí)別的,這一結(jié)論為創(chuàng)業(yè)者提供了一定的幫助和指導(dǎo),在很大程度上提高了創(chuàng)業(yè)的成功率,最終有效地推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新型社會(huì)的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Innovation is the source of a country's progress, entrepreneurship is the concrete manifestation of social and national innovation, the so-called entrepreneurial economy is to start a business as the core. An economic orientation that encourages all people in this country to promote economic growth and social development through entrepreneurship is also an important feature of contemporary society. In 2016, the state put forward the idea of "innovation for all, entrepreneurship for all." It is officially announced that our country has entered the era of entrepreneurship in an all-round way, with a large number of entrepreneurs emerging and entrepreneurial activities becoming more and more active, all of which prove that innovation and entrepreneurship play an important role in large countries and small enterprises. It is also the policy of entrepreneurship that sends out the signal of encouraging entrepreneurship to entrepreneurs, and further stimulates the positive emergence of innovative thinking, which greatly promotes the level of economic development in China on the social level. Entrepreneurial learning can improve the ability of entrepreneurs to identify opportunities, and the successful identification of entrepreneurial opportunities can help to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship and create more social value. Most of the existing researches on opportunity recognition remain at the level of causality. The research on entrepreneurial learning mainly uses empirical research to verify the existing theory. Lack of entrepreneurial learning and opportunity recognition to explore the internal mechanism of entrepreneurial process. Therefore, using the case study method to study the impact of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial opportunity identification can effectively fill the theoretical gaps, and has great contribution and significance to the field of entrepreneurship. Based on the existing research on entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, this paper puts forward a theoretical model of entrepreneurial learning influencing entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, and adopts a multi-case study method. According to the idea of rooted theory, the systematic analysis of the collected data is carried out through the way of coding and induction, and finally the conclusion is drawn, which aims to analyze the impact of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial opportunity identification from multiple angles. Try to open the black box between the two to clarify its path and mechanism. Through analysis, this paper finds that entrepreneurial learning acts on entrepreneurial opportunity identification by influencing entrepreneurial alertness, adaptability to institutional environment and entry opportunity. This conclusion provides some help and guidance for entrepreneurs. To a large extent, improve the success rate of entrepreneurship, and ultimately effectively promote the construction of innovative society.
