企業(yè)科技人員激勵(lì)方式與激勵(lì)效果研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì),信息技術(shù)日新月異,知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的時(shí)代已經(jīng)到來(lái)。企業(yè)發(fā)展中,人才,尤其是科技人才發(fā)揮的作用更是日益顯著,并且已經(jīng)逐步成為了推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。當(dāng)今社會(huì),企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已經(jīng)成為了科技人才搶奪的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。不論是國(guó)家還是企業(yè),都在盡最大努力引進(jìn)、培養(yǎng)科技人才。而企業(yè)是否能夠留著科技人才,與其采取的激勵(lì)方式是具有直接聯(lián)系的。在這種形勢(shì)下,各企業(yè)都加強(qiáng)了對(duì)科技人才激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究與分析。本文基于當(dāng)前的發(fā)展背景,對(duì)于科技人員激勵(lì)方式以及其效果展開了論述分析。本文通過文獻(xiàn)綜述法對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了歸納整理,對(duì)于當(dāng)前主要的人才激勵(lì)理論以及科技人員激勵(lì)方式展開了論述;利用問卷分析、概念模型以及實(shí)證分析模型的建立與分析,對(duì)于科技人才激勵(lì)方式和激勵(lì)效果展開了研究:本文經(jīng)過實(shí)證分析后得出,股權(quán)激勵(lì)額度、科研項(xiàng)目預(yù)期收益等會(huì)對(duì)激勵(lì)效果產(chǎn)生正向影響;科研項(xiàng)目預(yù)期時(shí)間與行權(quán)期限等將會(huì)對(duì)最終的激勵(lì)效果產(chǎn)生負(fù)向影響。并依據(jù)得出的實(shí)證結(jié)論對(duì)于如何構(gòu)建積極有效的人才激勵(lì)體系展開了論述分析。最后,從企業(yè)如何選擇有效的激勵(lì)方式進(jìn)行了激勵(lì)體系的研究與設(shè)計(jì)。通過本文的研究對(duì)于企業(yè)制定科技人員激勵(lì)措施是具有一定的借鑒和參考意義的。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, information technology is changing with each passing day, and the era of knowledge economy has come. In the development of enterprises, talents, especially scientific and technological talents, play an increasingly significant role, and have gradually become the key to promote economic development. Nowadays, the competition of enterprises has become the competition of scientific and technological talents. Both the country and the enterprise are trying their best to introduce and train scientific and technological talents. Whether the enterprise can retain the scientific and technological talents is directly related to the incentive mode it adopts. In this situation, all enterprises have strengthened the research and analysis of the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological talents. Based on the current development background, this paper discusses and analyzes the incentive mode and its effect of S & T personnel. This paper summarizes the relevant research at home and abroad through literature review, discusses the current main theory of talent incentive and the incentive methods of scientific and technological personnel, and analyzes by questionnaire, The establishment and analysis of the conceptual model and the empirical analysis model have carried out the research on the incentive mode and the incentive effect of the scientific and technological talents. The expected income of the scientific research project will have a positive impact on the incentive effect, and the expected time and the exercise period of the scientific research project will have a negative impact on the final incentive effect. And based on the empirical conclusions, how to build a positive and effective talent incentive system is discussed and analyzed. Finally, the research and design of the incentive system is carried out from how to choose the effective incentive mode. The research in this paper has some reference significance for enterprises to formulate incentive measures for scientific and technological personnel.
