【摘要】：利用2011-2015年中關(guān)村科技園科技創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè)的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),以銷售收入、利潤率和存活率三個不同指標(biāo)測度了海歸與本土企業(yè)的績效差異。首先使用傾向評分匹配法將特征相似的海歸和本土企業(yè)進(jìn)行配對,進(jìn)而采用回歸分析實證檢驗了海歸對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的影響及企業(yè)法人代表的受教育水平和企業(yè)的研發(fā)投入兩類知識資本的調(diào)節(jié)作用。結(jié)果顯示,海歸企業(yè)的三個績效指標(biāo)均顯著低于本土企業(yè),高學(xué)歷和高研發(fā)投入均會削弱海歸對創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的負(fù)向作用。這表明海歸在融入本土情境方面的不足影響了其創(chuàng)業(yè)績效的提升,而知識資本能在一定程度上彌補(bǔ)海歸的"外來者劣勢"。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical data of scientific and technological startups in Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park from 2011 to 2015, this paper measures the performance differences between returned returnees and local enterprises in terms of sales income, profit margin and survival rate. First of all, the tendency score matching method is used to match the similar characteristics of overseas returnees and local enterprises. Then the regression analysis is used to test the effect of overseas returnees on entrepreneurial performance, the educational level of corporate representative and the regulatory role of enterprise R & D investment in two types of intellectual capital. The results show that the three performance indicators of the returned enterprises are significantly lower than that of the local enterprises, high education and high R & D investment will weaken the negative effect of the returnees on the entrepreneurial performance. This shows that the lack of integration of overseas returnees into the local situation affects their entrepreneurial performance, and the intellectual capital can to some extent make up for the "outsider disadvantage" of overseas returnees.
