企業(yè)信息化管理對(duì)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的影響與對(duì)策

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是信息時(shí)代,信息經(jīng)濟(jì)正在改變傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理方式。企業(yè)信息化為后進(jìn)企業(yè)追趕世界先進(jìn)水平提供了一條現(xiàn)實(shí)可行之路。為此,我國(guó)政府確立了“以信息化帶動(dòng)工業(yè)化”等一系列方針和政策。另一方面,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展,我國(guó)企業(yè)越來(lái)越多的面臨國(guó)外企業(yè)的直接競(jìng)爭(zhēng),而國(guó)Qg企業(yè)不但在產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)、資金等硬件方面不如國(guó)外先進(jìn)企業(yè),而且在管理、文化、觀念等軟實(shí)力方面存在更大的差距。在此大背景下,我國(guó)眾多企業(yè)自覺(jué)選擇了推進(jìn)企業(yè)信息化管理,創(chuàng)建個(gè)性企業(yè)文化的發(fā)展道路,以期提高企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。因此,研究企業(yè)信息化管理與企業(yè)文化建設(shè)相互作用、相互影響的關(guān)系,對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)企業(yè)的改革和發(fā)展具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。 本論文采用理論研究與案例分析相結(jié)合、間接調(diào)研(綜合分析)與直接調(diào)研(直接分析)相結(jié)合的研究方法,首先介紹了企業(yè)信息化管理及企業(yè)文化的基本概念和內(nèi)涵,并對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前企業(yè)信息化管理工作和企業(yè)文化建設(shè)工作現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要?dú)w納;然后通過(guò)分析企業(yè)信息化因素在影響企業(yè)文化建設(shè)諸多因素中的地位與作用,揭示出企業(yè)信息化管理對(duì)企業(yè)文化建設(shè)影響的機(jī)理;再以實(shí)際案例印證理論分析的要點(diǎn);最后結(jié)合理論和案例分析的結(jié)果,有針對(duì)性的提出了基于企業(yè)信息化管理?xiàng)l件下企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的思路與對(duì)策。 本論文的研究證明了在企業(yè)信息化管理?xiàng)l件下,企業(yè)的核心價(jià)值觀、文化網(wǎng)絡(luò)、團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、客戶(hù)關(guān)系等企業(yè)文化建設(shè)的各主要方面均受到影響,面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。論文全面系統(tǒng)地用理論和案例分析了這種影響,并通過(guò)案例給出了具體影響的形式。論文的研究及結(jié)論,為我國(guó)的企業(yè)文化變革提供了參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the information age, the information economy is changing the production, management and management of traditional enterprises.Enterprise informatization provides a realistic and feasible way for backward enterprises to catch up with the advanced level of the world.Therefore, our government has established a series of principles and policies, such as "promoting industrialization by informationization".On the other hand, with the development of economic globalization, more and more Chinese enterprises are facing direct competition from foreign enterprises, while QG enterprises in China are not only inferior to foreign advanced enterprises in hardware aspects such as products, technology and funds, but also in management and culture.There is a bigger gap in soft power, such as ideas.Under this background, many enterprises in our country have consciously chosen to promote enterprise information management and create a development path of individual enterprise culture, in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the interaction and interaction between enterprise information management and enterprise culture construction for the reform and development of enterprises in our country.This paper adopts the research method of combining theoretical research with case analysis, indirect investigation (comprehensive analysis) and direct investigation (direct analysis). Firstly, it introduces the basic concept and connotation of enterprise information management and corporate culture.The paper also briefly summarizes the current situation of enterprise information management and enterprise culture construction in our country, and then analyzes the status and role of enterprise informatization in many factors affecting the construction of enterprise culture.This paper reveals the mechanism of the influence of enterprise information management on the construction of enterprise culture, proves the main points of theoretical analysis with practical cases, and finally combines the results of theory and case analysis.This paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of enterprise culture construction under the condition of enterprise information management.The research in this paper proves that under the condition of enterprise information management, the core values, cultural network, team building, customer relationship and other major aspects of corporate culture construction are affected and faced with new challenges.In this paper, the influence is analyzed in theory and case, and the form of influence is given.The research and conclusion of this paper provide a reference for the change of corporate culture in our country.
