【摘要】：相關(guān)研究表明,政治關(guān)聯(lián)作為一種非正式制度,能夠降低企業(yè)尤其民營企業(yè)的融資摩擦,增強(qiáng)民營企業(yè)的外部融資能力。本文利用我國民營上市公司的政治關(guān)聯(lián)數(shù)據(jù)和財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù),實證考察了民營企業(yè)高管政治關(guān)聯(lián)對資本結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整速度的影響。實證研究結(jié)果表明,無論采用兩階段還是一階段動態(tài)部分調(diào)整模型,政治關(guān)聯(lián)樣本公司的資本結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整速度均顯著高于無政治關(guān)聯(lián)樣本公司的資本結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整速度。在進(jìn)一步控制"機(jī)械性均值回歸"后,上述結(jié)果依然存在。這些結(jié)果表明,民營企業(yè)的政治關(guān)聯(lián)作為一種非正式制度,確實能夠降低民營企業(yè)資本結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整成本,提高其資本結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整速度。本文從一個全新的視角為政治關(guān)聯(lián)的價值效應(yīng)提供了一種新的經(jīng)驗證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Relevant studies show that as an informal institution, political association can reduce the financing friction of enterprises, especially private enterprises, and enhance the external financing ability of private enterprises.Using the political and financial data of private listed companies in China, this paper empirically investigates the influence of political association of private executives on the speed of capital structure adjustment.The empirical results show that the speed of capital structure adjustment of the sample companies with political connections is significantly higher than that of the firms without political connections, regardless of whether they adopt the two-stage or one-stage dynamic partial adjustment model.After further controlling the mechanical mean regression, the above results still exist.These results show that the political connection of private enterprises, as an informal institution, can really reduce the cost of capital structure adjustment and improve the speed of capital structure adjustment of private enterprises.This paper provides a new empirical evidence for the value effect of political connection from a new perspective.
