【摘要】：第九屆(2017年南京)企業(yè)跨國經(jīng)營國際研討會以"企業(yè)家精神、組織變革和雇傭關(guān)系管理"為主題,探討全球經(jīng)濟展望與中國經(jīng)濟、世界投資趨勢、領導力與雇傭關(guān)系管理等問題。這里主要從全球經(jīng)濟展望與中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、領導力風格、企業(yè)制度與戰(zhàn)略、人力資源管理與雇傭關(guān)系管理、電子商務等方面進行評述。
[Abstract]:The ninth (2017 Nanjing) International Symposium on Enterprise Transnational Management, with the theme of "Entrepreneurship, organizational change and Employment relationship Management", explored the global economic outlook, the Chinese economy, and world investment trends. This paper reviews the global economic outlook and China's economic development, leadership style, enterprise system and strategy, human resource management and employment relationship management, electronic commerce and so on.
