【摘要】：正"軟件不軟",阿米巴管理理念與方法論一直難以普及和落地的真正原因是缺乏有效的系統(tǒng)支持,在資源量化與價格體系建立之后,最重要的就是通過信息系統(tǒng)來進(jìn)行阿米巴之間的結(jié)算,從而構(gòu)造出精益管理的體系。企業(yè)要適應(yīng)這場數(shù)字化變革帶來的沖擊,就必須從組織的文化建設(shè)和管理思路上做出相應(yīng)的改變。M公司(本文來自真實(shí)企業(yè)的實(shí)踐,以"M"代稱)正是遵循"以人文本"的核心思想,以信息系統(tǒng)為載體,借助阿米巴經(jīng)營模式進(jìn)行落地實(shí)踐,找到了企業(yè)進(jìn)行數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型的特別路徑。
[Abstract]:While "software is not soft", the real reason why amoeba's management philosophy and methodology have been difficult to popularize and fall to the ground is the lack of effective system support. After the establishment of the resource quantification and price system, The most important thing is to make the settlement between amoeba through the information system, so as to construct a lean management system. Enterprises should adapt to the impact of this digital transformation. It is necessary to make corresponding changes in the cultural construction and management thinking of the organization. M Company (this paper is from the practice of real enterprises, referred to as "M" instead of "M") is just following the core idea of "human text" and taking information system as the carrier. With the help of amoeba business model to land practice, we find a special way for enterprises to carry out digital transformation.
