【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛,社會快速發(fā)展的現(xiàn)在,人們的需求不斷升級,變得越來越富有個(gè)性,隨之帶來的就是企業(yè)之間為了獲取更大的用戶群體而導(dǎo)致競爭不斷加劇。在這種背景下,戰(zhàn)略管理對于企業(yè)的作用日趨重要,它是一種企業(yè)的決策管理方式,目的是讓企業(yè)明確自身的發(fā)展目標(biāo),并依據(jù)這個(gè)目標(biāo)制定對應(yīng)的計(jì)劃和部署。通過行之有效的戰(zhàn)略管理可以更好的指導(dǎo)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競爭力。各行各業(yè)所處的外部環(huán)境與自身情況均有差異,所采取的戰(zhàn)略也就不盡相同,戰(zhàn)略管理就是針對各自內(nèi)外部環(huán)境特性進(jìn)行分析,預(yù)測其對企業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,進(jìn)而選擇符合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展特點(diǎn)的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,并采取具體行動(dòng)計(jì)劃來支撐戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的實(shí)施!笆濉睍r(shí)期,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)面臨下行壓力,乘用車市場增速放緩,市場競爭加劇,合資企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的價(jià)格下探,都在不斷擠壓自主汽車企業(yè)的生存空間,同時(shí)由于我國汽車工業(yè)起步較晚,在研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、制造等方面都落后于國際先進(jìn)企業(yè),使得我國自主汽車企業(yè)生存空間進(jìn)一步惡化。但國家的有關(guān)戰(zhàn)略,技術(shù)未來的發(fā)展趨勢等因素又為自主汽車企業(yè)的后續(xù)發(fā)展提供了良好的契機(jī)。在這種背景下,一汽轎車股份有限公司作為我國起步較早的自主汽車企業(yè),需要明確企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方向,并制定具有針對性的實(shí)施策略,這對于一汽轎車股份有限公司的發(fā)展而言是十分必要的。本文首先對文章的研究背景及意義、研究內(nèi)容及方法進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的介紹。通過對一汽轎車股份有限公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境相關(guān)信息及數(shù)據(jù)的搜集和整理,對企業(yè)所面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部情況進(jìn)行了充分細(xì)致的分析;趯ζ髽I(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合SWOT分析方法對一汽轎車股份有限公司自身存在的優(yōu)勢和不足以及企業(yè)所面臨的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了綜合分析,明確了企業(yè)的優(yōu)劣勢以及機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)。然后,通過本文研究分析,明確了企業(yè)的發(fā)展規(guī)劃原則,并依據(jù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃原則,制定了企業(yè)的總體戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)及發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,依據(jù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略明確了企業(yè)的發(fā)展模式,并根據(jù)發(fā)展模式,制定了細(xì)致的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃發(fā)展策略以及保障措施,為企業(yè)的發(fā)展指明了方向,使企業(yè)能夠更好的適應(yīng)未來的競爭。
[Abstract]:In the economic development, the rapid development of society today, people's demand for continuous upgrade, become more and more personalized, the attendant is between enterprises in order to obtain greater user groups and lead to increasing competition. In this context, the strategic management of the enterprise for becoming more and more important, it is a kind of enterprise management decision the purpose is to allow enterprises to define their own development goals, and on the basis of the target plan and deploy the corresponding effective strategic management. It can better guide the development of enterprises, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. All walks of life to the external environment and their own situation were different, the strategy is not the same. Strategic management is according to their internal and external environment analysis, predict its impact on the development of the enterprise, and in accordance with its own development characteristics of the enterprise war Slightly, implement and take concrete action plans to support the strategic target. "13th Five-Year" period, continue to face downward pressure on China's economy, the passenger car market slowdown, market competition intensifies, the joint venture product prices low, are in continuous extrusion of autonomous vehicle enterprises living space, and because of China's automobile industry started relatively late. In R & D, production, manufacturing and other aspects behind the international advanced enterprises, making our own car enterprises survive worse. But the national strategy, the future development trend of technology and other factors to provide a good opportunity for the further development of independent automobile enterprises. Under this background, the FAW car Limited by Share Ltd in China an early start in the independent car companies need to clear the direction of development strategy of the enterprise, and formulate strategies, for the FAW Car Co. The limit for the company's development is very necessary. Firstly, the research background and significance, research contents and methods are introduced. By analyzing the FAW Limited by Share Ltd's internal and external environment related information and data collection and sorting, the enterprises are facing the external environment and internal conditions are analyzed fully careful. The analysis result of the internal and external environment based on the SWOT analysis of FAW car Limited by Share Ltd the advantage and shortage of enterprises and the opportunities and challenges are analyzed, the advantages and disadvantages of opportunities and challenges. Then, through the research and analysis, clear the principle of enterprise development planning and, according to the principle of development planning, formulate the overall strategic objectives and development strategy of the enterprise. Finally, according to the development strategies of enterprises Based on the development mode, we made detailed strategic planning, development strategies and safeguard measures, and pointed out the direction for the development of enterprises, so that enterprises could better adapt to future competition.
