【摘要】：企業(yè)創(chuàng)新已經(jīng)從單純的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新擴(kuò)展到以提高能力為目的的各種內(nèi)部創(chuàng)業(yè)實(shí)踐,這些實(shí)踐確實(shí)提高了企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新能力,推動(dòng)了企業(yè)內(nèi)部變革,提升了競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)�；趦�(nèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)的范疇、內(nèi)容及內(nèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)者等,對(duì)內(nèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)和內(nèi)創(chuàng)業(yè)者進(jìn)行了回顧,最后提出了進(jìn)一步的研究展望。
[Abstract]:Enterprise innovation has expanded from pure technological innovation to various internal entrepreneurial practices aimed at improving capability. These practices have really improved the innovation ability of enterprises and promoted the internal transformation of enterprises. Based on the category, content and entrepreneur, this paper reviews the internal entrepreneurship and the internal entrepreneur, and finally puts forward the prospect of further research.
