【摘要】：對于生產(chǎn)企業(yè),要想實現(xiàn)按計劃生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營順利需要進行有效的庫存管理和控制,這也是實現(xiàn)企業(yè)經(jīng)濟利益的重要保障。伴隨著市場競爭的愈演愈烈,生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的庫存管理越來越受到重視,并且企業(yè)紛紛開始將庫存管理和控制引入到供應鏈的環(huán)境中,而本論文就是研究基于供應鏈環(huán)境中的庫存管理問題。論文將S公司作為研究對象,以企業(yè)供應鏈管理的相關理論作為指導,探析S公司的庫存管理現(xiàn)狀,針對出現(xiàn)的問題探究成因,在此基礎上對S公司的庫存進行優(yōu)化管理,旨在完善S公司基于供應鏈環(huán)境下的庫存管理水平,提高庫存管理效率,提升庫存“吞吐”能力,從而增強S公司的競爭力。論文采用了文獻研究法、理論分析法、案例分析法、實地訪談法等研究方法,對S公司基于供應鏈環(huán)境的庫存管理進行研究和優(yōu)化。論文首先對庫存管理的相關概念進行界定,明確庫存管理和供應鏈庫存管理的內(nèi)涵,闡述了VMI、JMI、CPFR三種供應鏈庫存管理模式,奠定研究的理論基礎;然后,著眼于S公司供應鏈環(huán)境下庫存管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析存在的問題并探究成因,在此基礎上,針對S公司內(nèi)部、外部供應鏈存在的問題確定優(yōu)化思路,進而分別提出優(yōu)化S公司基于供應鏈環(huán)境下的實施措施,那么這其中內(nèi)部措施就包括:推進JIT庫存控制、實施安全庫存管理、采用戰(zhàn)略采購的總成本管理策略和完善供應鏈庫存信息化建設,外部措施包括:實施供應商聯(lián)合庫存管理、注重客戶關系管理以及加強市場預測管控;最后從VMI的實施、人才儲備和信息化建設、供應商管理以及CVA分類法的實施等方面提出保障措施。
[Abstract]:For production enterprises, effective inventory management and control are necessary to achieve smooth production and operation according to plan, which is also an important guarantee to realize the economic interests of enterprises. More and more attention has been paid to the inventory management of manufacturing enterprises, and the enterprises have begun to introduce inventory management and control into the supply chain environment. This paper is to study the inventory management in the supply chain environment. This paper takes S Company as the research object and the related theory of enterprise supply chain management as the guidance to analyze the current situation of S company inventory management. In order to improve the inventory management level of S Company based on the supply chain environment, improve the efficiency of inventory management and enhance the ability of stock "swallowing", the paper probes into the causes of the existing problems, and then optimizes the inventory management of S Company, which aims at perfecting the inventory management level of S Company based on the supply chain environment. In order to enhance the competitiveness of S Company, the paper adopts literature research method, theoretical analysis method, case analysis method, field interview method and other research methods. Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts of inventory management, defines the connotation of inventory management and supply chain inventory management, and expounds three supply chain inventory management modes: VMI-JMI-CPFR. Then, focusing on the current situation of inventory management in the supply chain environment of S Company, analyzing the existing problems and exploring the cause of formation, on this basis, aiming at the problems existing in the internal and external supply chain of S Company, the optimization ideas are determined. And then put forward to optimize S company's implementation measures based on supply chain environment respectively, then the internal measures include: promoting JIT inventory control, implementing safety inventory management, Adopting the total cost management strategy of strategic procurement and perfecting the information construction of supply chain inventory, the external measures include: implementing joint inventory management of suppliers, paying attention to customer relationship management and strengthening market forecast control; finally, from the implementation of VMI, Talent reserve and information construction, supplier management and the implementation of CVA classification and other aspects of security measures.
