【摘要】：雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新能力是企業(yè)在動(dòng)態(tài)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境中長(zhǎng)期生存關(guān)鍵,但面對(duì)探索式創(chuàng)新與利用式創(chuàng)新彼此間相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)而又融合互補(bǔ)的狀況,多數(shù)企業(yè)對(duì)平衡二者間矛盾無(wú)從下手。因此,如何在組織中平衡探索及利用式創(chuàng)新之間的矛盾是目前管理實(shí)踐和理論研究關(guān)注的重要主題�；诓⑿薪Y(jié)構(gòu)視角,運(yùn)用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論、雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新理論和知識(shí)管理理論,本文分析了部門內(nèi)正式網(wǎng)絡(luò)與非正式網(wǎng)絡(luò)一致性對(duì)雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新能力中探索和利用式創(chuàng)新矛盾的平衡,并探討了不同知識(shí)管理的調(diào)節(jié)作用。通過(guò)對(duì)高新技術(shù)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新部門實(shí)地問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,并應(yīng)用社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)方法的QAP分析和層級(jí)回歸、曲線調(diào)節(jié)等方法進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明:部門內(nèi)正式互動(dòng)/順序工作流網(wǎng)絡(luò)與非正式咨詢網(wǎng)絡(luò)的一致性與雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新能力之間呈倒U型關(guān)系;知識(shí)交換與整合和知識(shí)沖突正向調(diào)節(jié)部門內(nèi)正式互動(dòng)工作流網(wǎng)絡(luò)與非正式咨詢網(wǎng)絡(luò)一致性與雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新能力之間倒U型關(guān)系。說(shuō)明適度重疊的部門內(nèi)正式互動(dòng)/順序工作流網(wǎng)絡(luò)與非正式咨詢網(wǎng)絡(luò)能夠有效平衡雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新能力的矛盾,有效的知識(shí)管理能增強(qiáng)這一效果。該結(jié)論從社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角細(xì)化了并行結(jié)構(gòu)自下而上實(shí)現(xiàn)雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新能力的路徑,并基于知識(shí)管理理論界定了并行結(jié)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)雙元?jiǎng)?chuàng)新的權(quán)變條件,對(duì)企業(yè)創(chuàng)新及知識(shí)管理實(shí)踐均具有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Dual innovation ability is the key to the long-term survival of enterprises in the dynamic competitive environment, but faced with the situation that exploratory innovation and utility innovation compete with each other and merge and complement each other. Most enterprises have no way to balance the contradiction between the two. Therefore, how to balance the contradiction between exploration and utilization innovation in the organization is an important topic of current management practice and theoretical research, based on the perspective of parallel structure. Based on social network theory, dual innovation theory and knowledge management theory, this paper analyzes the balance between the consistency of formal network and informal network within the department and the contradiction between exploration and utilization innovation. Through the field questionnaire survey of the innovation department of high-tech enterprises and the QAP analysis and hierarchical regression of social network method, this paper discusses the regulatory role of different knowledge management. The results show that the consistency of formal interactive / sequential workflow network and informal consulting network is inversely U-shaped; The relationship between formal interaction workflow network and informal consulting network and dual innovation ability is inversely U-shaped relationship between knowledge exchange and integration and knowledge conflict. Order workflow network and informal consultation network can effectively balance the contradiction of dual innovation ability. Effective knowledge management can enhance this effect. From the perspective of social network, this conclusion refines the path of parallel structure from bottom to top to realize dual innovation ability. Based on the theory of knowledge management, the paper defines the contingency conditions for realizing dual innovation in parallel structure, which is of great significance to enterprise innovation and knowledge management practice.
