【摘要】：大量企業(yè)同時開展獨立研發(fā)和合作研發(fā)活動以期實現(xiàn)兩者的協(xié)同效應(yīng)來提高企業(yè)績效。然而,我國企業(yè)通過整合獨立研發(fā)和合作研發(fā)來提高企業(yè)績效的目標(biāo)并沒有實現(xiàn)。本文對獨立研發(fā)和合作研發(fā)的關(guān)系進行研究,并分析吸收能力在整合獨立研發(fā)和合作研發(fā)提高企業(yè)績效過程中所發(fā)揮的作用。通過對286家企業(yè)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的實證檢驗,本文發(fā)現(xiàn)獨立研發(fā)與合作研發(fā)存在互相抑制作用,且該作用隨著吸收能力的增強而提高。本文研究深化了對獨立研發(fā)和合作研發(fā)關(guān)系的認(rèn)識,為企業(yè)整合獨立研發(fā)和合作研發(fā)提供了指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:A large number of enterprises simultaneously carry out independent R & D and cooperative R & D activities in order to achieve a synergistic effect between the two to improve enterprise performance. The goal of improving enterprise performance by integrating independent R & D and cooperative R & D has not been realized. This paper studies the relationship between independent R & D and cooperative R D. The paper also analyzes the role of absorptive capacity in the process of integrating independent R & D and cooperative R & D to improve the performance of enterprises. In this paper, we find that independent R & D and cooperative R D inhibit each other, and this effect increases with the enhancement of absorptive capacity. This study deepens the understanding of the relationship between Independent R & D and cooperative R D. It provides guidance for enterprises to integrate independent R & D and cooperative R & D.
