【摘要】:文化是民族的血脈,是人民的精神家園,扎實(shí)推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)勢(shì)在必行。2012年,十八大報(bào)告提出“增強(qiáng)國(guó)有公益性文化單位活力,完善經(jīng)營(yíng)性文化單位法人治理結(jié)構(gòu),繁榮文化市場(chǎng)”、“要堅(jiān)持把社會(huì)效益放在首位,社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益相統(tǒng)一”。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)欲成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱性產(chǎn)業(yè),需要有一批具有持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)力的文化企業(yè)支撐和引領(lǐng)。當(dāng)前,在文化產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展的大潮,一大批文化企業(yè)茁壯成長(zhǎng)。然而,不少文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)仍處于探索階段,表現(xiàn)出創(chuàng)新能力和人才匱乏、平均壽命短、無(wú)抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力等弱成長(zhǎng)性,文化企業(yè)也遭遇到了成長(zhǎng)危機(jī)。目前對(duì)文化企業(yè)的研究主要是政策環(huán)境分析、盈利模式和并購(gòu)方式等政策導(dǎo)向式探討,針對(duì)文化企業(yè)特征,對(duì)文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的文章寥寥無(wú)幾。可以說(shuō),文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性是一個(gè)新鮮而重要的研究領(lǐng)域,對(duì)其進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析具有重要意義。 文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性需要經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益共同發(fā)揮作用。為了提高文化企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,本文將資源學(xué)派、能力學(xué)派和創(chuàng)意生態(tài)理論應(yīng)用于文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性評(píng)價(jià)研究,構(gòu)建“文化企業(yè)資源-文化企業(yè)能力-文化企業(yè)生態(tài)成長(zhǎng)”的態(tài)勢(shì)模型;在此理論模型基礎(chǔ)上,采用專家訪談法、相關(guān)分析、區(qū)分度分析等方法甄別影響文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的關(guān)鍵因素,并構(gòu)建文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性評(píng)價(jià)體系;然后應(yīng)用Entropy-VIKOR法綜合評(píng)價(jià)文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性,劃分文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性類別,從橫向和縱向揭示文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)作用機(jī)理;并對(duì)文化企業(yè)2012年和2013年的成長(zhǎng)性情況進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè);最后,提出促進(jìn)文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)內(nèi)外生策略,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)推動(dòng)文化企業(yè)健康持續(xù)成長(zhǎng)的目標(biāo)。 主要研究發(fā)現(xiàn)如下:(1)文化企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程具備有機(jī)體的生命特征,可以利用創(chuàng)意生態(tài)學(xué)的視角,吸收創(chuàng)新指標(biāo)、多樣性指標(biāo)和環(huán)境適應(yīng)性指標(biāo)作為度量我國(guó)文化企業(yè)的生態(tài)成長(zhǎng)指數(shù),來(lái)探究文化企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)性。(2)影響我國(guó)文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的因素主要包括成長(zhǎng)資源(無(wú)形資源、有形資源、人力資源)、成長(zhǎng)能力(營(yíng)運(yùn)能力、盈利能力、償債能力、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷能力、市場(chǎng)預(yù)期能力)、生態(tài)成長(zhǎng)(創(chuàng)新、多樣性、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性),,這些因素都是文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中不可忽視的因素。在提出文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的外生策略部分,得出影響文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性的外部環(huán)境因素主要包括政府支持力、金融生態(tài)環(huán)境、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、文化資源情況、區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)和相關(guān)支撐產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。(3)文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性生態(tài)因子權(quán)重順序從高到底分別為生態(tài)成長(zhǎng)、成長(zhǎng)能力、成長(zhǎng)資源。從評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系二級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重得出,文化企業(yè)的營(yíng)運(yùn)能力、創(chuàng)新能力、多樣性和無(wú)形資源貢獻(xiàn)率為前四名,占據(jù)重要的地位。(4)從2011年成長(zhǎng)性排名來(lái)看,文化企業(yè)之間的成長(zhǎng)性表現(xiàn)存在著發(fā)展不均衡現(xiàn)象,從行業(yè)分布來(lái)看,優(yōu)秀成長(zhǎng)性都是傳媒類文化企業(yè),大多數(shù)文化企業(yè)在成長(zhǎng)資源、成長(zhǎng)能力和生態(tài)成長(zhǎng)方面發(fā)展不平衡,且處于資源積累的階段,對(duì)生態(tài)成長(zhǎng)能力關(guān)注不足,優(yōu)秀文化企業(yè)的成長(zhǎng)能力排名往往優(yōu)于成長(zhǎng)資源和生態(tài)成長(zhǎng)指標(biāo)。(5)在對(duì)文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性縱向分析發(fā)現(xiàn):2008年至2011年保持持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的文化企業(yè)就有9家,而中間雖然有波動(dòng),但是2011年仍然維持良好發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)就有19家文化企業(yè),整體表現(xiàn)良好,且2012年和2013年我國(guó)文化企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)性總體上表現(xiàn)出“強(qiáng)者恒強(qiáng)、弱者恒弱、中等起伏大”的特征。

The culture of enterprise growth to economic and social benefits to play the role of cultural enterprises. (2) factors affecting growth China's cultural enterprises mainly includes the growth of resources (intangible resources, physical resources, human resources), growth ability (operating capacity, profitability, solvency, marketing ability, the market is expected to grow (ability), ecological environment adaptability, innovation, diversity), all of these factors is an important factor for the growth process the culture of enterprise. In the part of the growth strategy of exogenous cultural enterprises, the cultural influence to the growth of enterprise's external environment factors include government support, financial ecological environment, cultural industry The development of cultural resources, regional innovation network and related supporting industries. (3) the growth of resources ecological factor weight sequence from high in the end were the ecological growth, growth ability, the development of cultural enterprises.
