吉林銀行個人信貸管理研究

【摘要】:目前,各國銀行業(yè)務結構已開始出現(xiàn)了由公司化向零售化轉變的發(fā)展趨勢。近幾年,我國多數(shù)商業(yè)銀行也相繼對信貸業(yè)務結構進行調整,并制定了一系列零售戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃。事實上,國外銀行在發(fā)展個人信貸業(yè)務時遇到了一定的風險,如美國次貸危機。因此,對個人信貸管理及風險防控展開深入的研究極具價值。 本文聯(lián)系作者工作單位實際,在對個人信貸管理相關概念、理論分析的基礎上,深入分析吉林銀行個人信貸業(yè)務及管理現(xiàn)狀,,在其基礎上,參閱大量文獻資料揭示吉林銀行個人信貸業(yè)務管理存在的主要問題并提出加強吉林銀行個人信貸業(yè)務管理的對策建議。 本文首先,闡釋銀行個人信貸業(yè)務的主要特征和風險,對個人信貸業(yè)務的定義、特點、存在風險和相關理論知識進行了概述;其次,概述吉林銀行整體發(fā)展情況并對吉林銀行近三年個人信貸業(yè)務情況進行詳細分析,其中從產(chǎn)品服務對象、主要業(yè)務品種及特點、業(yè)務開展特點等角度進行全方位剖析;最后,通過吉林銀行個人信貸業(yè)務管理現(xiàn)狀分析指出當前吉林銀行個人信貸業(yè)務管理中存在的主要問題,并在前面理論支撐的基礎上,針對存在的問題從管理制度、風險控制、管理流程、品牌建設、隊伍建設、貸后管理等方面給出了相應的完善對策建議,以期對吉林銀行個人信貸業(yè)務管理工作有參考指導性作用,促進吉林銀行個人信貸業(yè)務更快、更好的發(fā)展。促使吉林銀行風險管理能力大幅提高,以應對市場環(huán)境變化,提高市場競爭力。對各方面資源進行優(yōu)化與整合,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時,有助于實現(xiàn)戰(zhàn)略轉型,盡快達到戰(zhàn)略目標。 本文采用文獻分析法和案例分析法相結合的方法對吉林銀行個人信貸業(yè)務管理問題進行深入研究。在學習先進的管理理念和管理架構的過程中,結合吉林銀行實際,從把握風險實質的角度進行吸收利用。重點處理好業(yè)務發(fā)展與風險控制的關系,既不因為強調發(fā)展而忽視了風險防范,也不因為過于強調風險而阻礙了業(yè)務的發(fā)展,不因為市場競爭的壓力而放松風險與合規(guī)的基本要求。
[Abstract]:At present, the banking business structure of various countries has begun to change from corporatization to retail. In recent years, most commercial banks in our country have also adjusted the credit business structure one after another, and formulated a series of retail strategic development plans. In fact, foreign banks have encountered certain risks in developing personal credit business, such as the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States. Therefore, the personal credit management and risk prevention and control to carry out in-depth research is of great value. On the basis of the relevant concepts and theoretical analysis of personal credit management, this paper analyzes the present situation of Jilin Bank's personal credit business and management, on the basis of the actual situation of the author's work unit. Referring to a large number of documents to reveal the main problems existing in the management of personal credit business of Jilin Bank, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of personal credit business of Jilin Bank. First of all, this paper explains the main characteristics and risks of personal credit business of banks, summarizes the definition, characteristics, existing risks and relevant theoretical knowledge of personal credit business. This paper summarizes the overall development of Jilin Bank and makes a detailed analysis of the situation of Jilin Bank's personal credit business in the past three years, in which the overall analysis is carried out from the aspects of product and service object, main business types and characteristics, business development characteristics and so on. Finally, Through the analysis of the present situation of Jilin Bank's personal credit business management, this paper points out the main problems existing in Jilin Bank's personal credit business management, and on the basis of the previous theoretical support, aiming at the existing problems, from the management system, risk control, The management process, brand construction, team building, loan management and so on are put forward in order to provide reference and guidance for Jilin Bank personal credit business management, and promote Jilin Bank personal credit business to be faster. Better development. In order to cope with the change of market environment and improve market competitiveness, Jilin Bank's risk management ability has been greatly improved. Optimize and integrate all aspects of resources to achieve sustainable development. At the same time, contribute to the realization of strategic transformation, as soon as possible to achieve strategic objectives. In this paper, the author uses the method of literature analysis and case analysis to deeply study the management of Jilin Bank's personal credit business. In the process of learning advanced management concept and management framework, combining with the actual situation of Jilin Bank, we can absorb and utilize it from the angle of grasping the essence of risk. We should focus on the relationship between business development and risk control. We do not neglect risk prevention because we emphasize development, nor do we hinder business development by placing too much emphasis on risk. Do not relax the basic requirements of risk and compliance because of the pressure of market competition.
