【摘要】：基于我國(guó)46家金融類(lèi)上市公司2008-2014年的面板數(shù)據(jù)樣本,利用基于DEA的Malmquist指數(shù)分析金融機(jī)構(gòu)的技術(shù)效率變動(dòng),并通過(guò)回歸分析考察金融混業(yè)和資本結(jié)構(gòu)及其變動(dòng)對(duì)技術(shù)效率變動(dòng)的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),金融混業(yè)會(huì)對(duì)金融機(jī)構(gòu)的技術(shù)效率改善產(chǎn)生顯著的抑制作用,資本結(jié)構(gòu)及其變動(dòng)會(huì)對(duì)上述作用產(chǎn)生顯著的影響。上述發(fā)現(xiàn)意味著,金融混業(yè)決策很可能是基于比較長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)的戰(zhàn)略考量作出的,金融機(jī)構(gòu)有可能通過(guò)資本結(jié)構(gòu)的主動(dòng)調(diào)整促進(jìn)其技術(shù)效率改善,并且弱化混業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)技術(shù)效率改善的抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data samples of 46 listed financial companies in China from 2008 to 2014, this paper analyzes the technical efficiency changes of financial institutions by using the Malmquist index based on DEA. The effects of financial mix, capital structure and their changes on technical efficiency are investigated by regression analysis. It is found that the financial mixing industry can significantly inhibit the technical efficiency improvement of financial institutions, and the capital structure and its changes will have a significant impact on the above effects. The findings suggest that financial mix decisions are likely to be based on longer-term strategic considerations, and that financial institutions are likely to promote technological efficiency improvements through proactive capital restructuring. And weaken the effect of mixed operation on technical efficiency improvement.
