【摘要】：以創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市企業(yè)2009-2014年面板數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,定量分析知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護對成長型創(chuàng)新企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響。研究表明,對創(chuàng)新投入的影響:加強知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護對成長型創(chuàng)新企業(yè)研發(fā)資本投入具有顯著促進作用;加強政府補貼資助力度會進一步強化這一促進作用;企業(yè)利潤越高、規(guī)模越大,加強知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護對企業(yè)研發(fā)投入的促進作用越大。對創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的影響:目前,各地加強知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護能促進成長型創(chuàng)新企業(yè)發(fā)明專利產(chǎn)出,但是知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護水平較高地區(qū),如北京、上海、天津、廣東、浙江和江蘇知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護抑制實用新型專利產(chǎn)出。企業(yè)研發(fā)資本投入增加、政府補貼提高、企業(yè)利潤水平提升、規(guī)模擴大等都會提高知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護對創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出的正向促進作用。知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護水平提高對于外觀設(shè)計申請量的影響顯著為負。
[Abstract]:The research shows that strengthening the protection of intellectual property rights can promote the development and investment of long - term innovative enterprises . The higher the profit of enterprises , the larger the scale of the protection of intellectual property rights , the greater the promotion of intellectual property rights protection to the development of enterprises . The higher the capital input , the higher the government subsidy , the increase of the profit level of the enterprises and the expansion of scale , will improve the positive effect of the protection of intellectual property rights on the innovation output . The improvement of the protection level of intellectual property rights is significantly negative for the application amount of the design .
