【摘要】：工程建設項目投資績效審計是一種財務收支審計、工程建設審計和管理審計相結合的綜合性審計。本文從投資決策、項目設計、招標投標、合同訂立、竣工決算和投產效益等方面闡述了工程建設項目投資績效審計的具體實施。
[Abstract]:The investment performance audit of engineering construction project is a kind of comprehensive audit, which combines financial revenue and expenditure audit, engineering construction audit and management audit. From the aspects of investment decision, project design, tendering and bidding, contract establishment, final account of completion and benefit of commissioning, this paper expounds the concrete implementation of investment performance audit of engineering construction project.
