【摘要】：本文主要探討了中國社會(huì)流行的"關(guān)系"對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)審計(jì)等方面的影響。關(guān)系猶如一刀之雙刃,有利也有弊。從有利的方面看,它是人類社會(huì)的潤滑劑,并能促進(jìn)人與人之間的和諧;從生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營的角度看,它可以降低成本,提高營運(yùn)效率。但關(guān)系如果使用不當(dāng)或過度,則會(huì)成為禍患之源。從關(guān)系對(duì)會(huì)計(jì)的影響來看,關(guān)系是資產(chǎn)也是負(fù)債。筆者認(rèn)為,如果一個(gè)企業(yè)的關(guān)系資產(chǎn)與負(fù)債的數(shù)額巨大而足以影響報(bào)表使用者的決策時(shí),可以考慮以"附注"方式予以揭露。從關(guān)系對(duì)審計(jì)的影響來看,如果會(huì)計(jì)師與受審計(jì)之企業(yè)之間存在密切"關(guān)系",則該會(huì)計(jì)師應(yīng)自動(dòng)回避這項(xiàng)審計(jì)。筆者建議,應(yīng)在會(huì)計(jì)師職業(yè)道德規(guī)范中對(duì)其予以點(diǎn)明規(guī)范。從關(guān)系對(duì)揭弊意愿與職業(yè)道德的影響來看,社會(huì)各個(gè)層面都應(yīng)該注意"關(guān)系"所可能引起的不公平和不正義,因而,個(gè)人在關(guān)系行為操守中必須有所制約。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly discusses the influence of the popular "relationship" on accounting and auditing in China. A relationship is like a double blade, both good and bad. From a favorable point of view, it is the lubricant of human society and can promote the harmony between people. From the point of view of production and management, it can reduce the cost and improve the operation efficiency. But if relationships are misused or overused, they can be a source of disaster. From the impact of relationship on accounting, relationship is assets and liabilities. The author believes that if the amount of relational assets and liabilities of an enterprise is large enough to affect the decision of the users of the statements, it can be revealed by way of "notes". If there is a close "relationship" between the accountant and the audited enterprise, the accountant should avoid the audit automatically. The author suggests that it should be specified in the professional ethics of accountants. From the perspective of the influence of relationship on the will to expose malpractice and professional ethics, all levels of society should pay attention to the unfairness and injustice that may be caused by "relationship", therefore, individuals must be restricted in the conduct of relation behavior.
