【摘要】：本文以信托項目運行的全周期為切入點,闡述信托項目開展內(nèi)部審計的特點及必要性,結(jié)合信托項目各周期的實際案例,詳細介紹信托公司內(nèi)部審計實踐,提出了促進內(nèi)部審計職能充分發(fā)揮、推動內(nèi)部審計質(zhì)量控制與程序改進、應(yīng)用內(nèi)部審計綜合信息等建議,以期指導(dǎo)實踐,更好地實現(xiàn)維護信托財產(chǎn)受益人及公司股東正當權(quán)益的經(jīng)營目標,實現(xiàn)內(nèi)部審計價值增值。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the whole period of the operation of the trust project as the starting point, expounds the characteristics and necessity of carrying out the internal audit of the trust project, and introduces in detail the practice of the internal audit of the trust company in combination with the actual cases of each cycle of the trust project. Some suggestions are put forward such as promoting the function of internal audit, promoting internal audit quality control and procedure improvement, applying comprehensive information of internal audit and so on, in order to guide the practice. To better realize the management goal of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the beneficiaries of trust property and the shareholders of the company, and to realize the value added of internal audit.
