【摘要】：私設(shè)"小金庫(kù)"不僅造成國(guó)家財(cái)政收入和國(guó)有資產(chǎn)的流失,而且誘發(fā)了一系列腐敗現(xiàn)象,其所產(chǎn)生的危害越來(lái)越大。本文有針對(duì)性地提出"小金庫(kù)"的審計(jì)和治理方法,以期能遏制"小金庫(kù)"現(xiàn)象的蔓延。
[Abstract]:The private "small vault" not only caused the loss of national financial income and state assets, but also caused a series of corruption, which caused more and more harm. This paper aims to put forward the audit and governance methods of "small gold vault", in order to contain the spread of the "small treasury".
